pressure washing

Description of Work: I called the provider to ask for a quote for power washing. All he did was laugh, was totally unprofessional, and when I asked him about power washing my house, he seemed disinterested. He was sarcastic and rude and why anyone would want to hire this guy for any job is beyond me.

Description of Work: We had a HVAC service person trip and put his foot through our kitchen ceiling. The following day Joe Esposito was here to cut and install and tape new dry wall in the hole. He worked from 3 to 7 P.M. in order to complete the job in two steps. The following day he returned to prime the wall board and apply the popcorn to match the existing ceiling. We were pleased with his promptness and he put drop cloths in all the areas he was working. He was pleasant and worked efficiently. Because he was compensated by the HVAC company I can not comment on the price he charges.

+ 0 moreHe is very reasonable and I think his pricing is fair. He is punctual and responsive. What I like is that he didn't get any stain from the deck on my house. I will use him again in the future.
