He is willing to answer questions about pesticides and all the information that you need to know. He will come out between the scheduled treatment plans if needed.

When I'd used companies in the past I didn't see any bugs after sprays, but this time within a few weeks to a month later I saw bugs in the house. However, he gave me some very good information I would need when selling the house about termite control.
Description of Work: I was due for a 3 month spray & decided to try a new person so I called this company. Routine pest spray in & outside my home.

+ -1 moreHe opened up his own business and I went with him. He is a good guy. I pay $60 every 3 months. We took over the contract from the people we bought the house from. They do a very good job. He will come back and redo the house if I see anything. I will always use him.

+ -1 moreHe performed a complete inspection of the interior and exterior of the house to see if there were any signs of infestation. Then preceded to measure out the spacing of the traps buried them at the appropriate places. This was done without any mess to the inside or outside of the house.

Explained what, how, when and where of the procedure. No hidden costs.
