Excellent. He arrived a few minutes early, completed job. He totally cleans up after he is done. This is second time we have had him work on things. He does a great job. Very satisfied.

Once again, Darryl saves the day! In my previous review, he installed our new dishwasher and we were so pleased. We live in an older condo, so some things need to be addressed due to age. He fixed a couple of leaks we had on both the kitchen sink flanges. He removed both flanges on the sink, cleaned them thoroughly and resealed them properly. He also replaced gaskets in the pipes to make sure the job was done right. Once again, he was meticulous, detailed oriented and repaired the issue like he was making a repair in his own home. I like that he doesn't do bandaid work. He'll fix the problem properly. He's also very patience and makes sure it's all done right. My wife and I are so pleased we found Darryl. Quality work and outstanding service. You can't go wrong with this gentleman. Thank you!

Let me say this, Darryl is truly a customer service driven individual. He cares about his customers, explains everything in great detail and takes great pride in his work. He's also very pleasant, courteous and punctual. His prices are very reasonable as well. He installed a dishwasher for us, which required a little more detailed work than a normal dishwasher install. His work was impeccable. He practically went over the entire install with us and the finished install was immaculate. He left everything spotless and used drop clothes to protect the floor. I really can't say enough great things about Darryl, from 'A Helping Handyman'. Before he installed the dishwasher, I discovered a leak under our kitchen sink and he fixed that as well! This is a person who does the job like it was in his own home. Very meticulous and I for one appreciate that type of work ethic. You can tell there's a lot of pride in what he does. My wife is already getting ready to hire him to do more projects. He's a terrific person and great business you can count on, in my opinion. Highly recommended.

Great! Due to my declining health I'm unable travel as much as I use to or do many of the jobs most handymen do. I have multiple rental properties that I care for as if they were my own home. I have been seeking a handyman that was efficient, talented, honest and a true professional. I found all of these traits in Darryl and more. He probably saved me several $100 in just one visit. I no longer have to worry about the job being done right and he cleans up too.

We originally had someone else scheduled to do this work but was determined he wasn't dependable. Darryl was extremely easy to work with and worked with us to find a convenient day to do the work. He was on-time, very clean and respectful of the property and not making a mess!. In replacing the disposal he found an issue with one of the existing connections not fitting. No problem!! as he went to his truck and soon the installation was complete. One of the brackets was found broken on the ceiling fan. Again where as someone else would say they would have to come back another day, he was on the phone with Home Depot and on his way to replace the part and back in no time. As a Condo owner who is not at the residence often it was nice to find someone that I would not hesitate to use in the future and I would highly recommend him! Rick K

Did a great job...just like the first one. He had all the tools required so faucets were repaired without scratches which I have had plumbers do. The parts he ordered which didn't cost me a dime worked totally. The previous repairmen had ordered the little rings but never mentioned that cartridges had to be replaced so that is why it leaked again. The only tiny complaint may be negligence on my part but I don't remember reading or being told that there is a two hour minimum. So do keep that in mind so you save up several chores that need done; otherwise, a 30 minute job will still be billed as 2 hours. I have other things that need to be done but this time I will be sure I have two hours worth of work...still worth it.

Darryl did a beautiful job. After watching these cabinets propped against the garage wall for ten months, I checked Angie's list for a reputable person. I knew it was going to be tricky because they were heavy and the pair had to be balanced above dual free standing sinks. My spouse had put it off over and over. I like that Daryl brought mats to cover everything and he cleaned up behind himself. He read the installation package and really took his time checking with me on a few decisions as far as height and how I wanted the two cabinets leveled. I was very pleased and my very type A spouse could find absolutely nothing wrong with the installation when he came home and he really examined everything thoroughly. I already have some items that need addressing and he will be returning as soon as I receive the parts that Darryl took upon himself to order FREE. I didn't realize that Delta had a lifetime warranty on parts so as soon as they come in, he will return.

her leaving.I called Darryl two days ago, he returned my call within minutes. Addressed what I needed, made an appointment for several days later. He ended up being able to come one day earlier. Arrived on time, and got started. There was one small additional thing he needed to do, he explained that in full detail. Job completed as agreed, including a small extra think he did while under the sink cabinet (removed a kink from dishwasher piping and corrected the position of the pipe. He cleaned up completely before leaving. He was very professional and does the job correctly. I DEFINITELY will use his services again.

Darryl was quick to respond to my inquiry, and came to look at what I needed done and give me an estimate. He is very upfront about what types of work he does and does not do (FYI, he doesn't do drywall work or painting). He will do a lot of smaller jobs that most contractors won't do. He came exactly when he said he would and made sure I was satisfied with all of his work. He is very careful to not damage anything--he uses padded moving blankets to set his tools on and he cleans up meticulously when the job is done. He is very respectful and professional. I would definitely hire him again.

Darryl arrived promptly at time scheduled. He removed old lighting and replaced with new LED lighting that I had purchased. His work was very meticulous and he was very careful moving and working around furniture and ceiling fan. His assistant even vaccumed the carpet before replacing the moved furniture. I would give him an A+ rating.

He was very professional, did a quality job and was very tidy. He did an excellent job of containing the drywall dust and cleaned up well. He was organized, responsive and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to have him do additional work in my home and he was very trustworthy.

When ever I tried to tell him what was going on, he would cut me off and say he didnt do the work. He wouldnt let me talk, I just gave up.

New to this home and disabled, I needed someone to put in a new mailbox. Darryl was booked for the day but made time to come in the evening and do the work. He is meticulous. He came with a helper and they went about their business, putting down tarps and other things to keep the grass clean. Took care of any left over dirt. When he left the only difference between where he worked before and after was that there was a mailbox, the grass was perfect. He called the next day after the mail was delivered to make sure there were no problems with the mailbox and the mailman. I would recommend that if you have a job you need done this is the person for the job. I will be using him again. Mike

We tried fixing the leak ourselves, but the problem was bigger than what we could handle. Water was pooling out onto the floor and we didn't know where the main water shut-off was. Darryl came right over, found the shut-off, assessed the problem, and after running out to get the specific parts, was back quickly to fix it. He also hooked up our water-supply line to our new freezer. We would hire him again absolutely! Quick arrival, and professional service.

It went GREAT as usual! The patio looks cleaner & better than ever! Darryl has never disappointed us, he's honest, reliable, hard working & very resonably priced! He even gives Seniors 15% off.! He tells you upfront if he is not able to do something Without his helping us, I don't know what we would do, my Husband is a Senior & I'm disabled so he has been a wonderful Godsend to us !

My jobs were completed in a timely manner and on schedule.

We have used him three times and he was very responsive - we had new guests coming in and needed things done quickly. He did a good job so we keep using him.
