Insurance paid them directly, so no opinion on cost. They did all the work required by insurance, plus even more which made our life so much easier. They cleaned up thoroughly, they removed a sweet gum tree, more than 100’ tall, from within the house without causing ANY additional damage. I have pictures and video, they were incredible. They removed an oak tree (more than 100 years old) from the driveway. They have an incredible enormous shredder and did a fantastic cleanup.
Description of Work: Trees downed by tornado, crashed into house, crashed on top of vehicle.

Their work was very professional. The tree was large and on the edge of an unpaved road that was near a paved road. the tree was felled along the edge of the road. Very professional. All debris was cleaned up and returned to the condition it was in before, minus the tree.

They were good at their job...quick and cleaned up the cuttings (the grinding residue was not removed).
Description of Work: Alpha removed ten trees (5 sweet gums, 3 pines, and 2 others). All stumps were ground down also.

It was a sight to see! Very exciting to watch these professional men take down 2 gigantic trees swinging from a crane way up in the sky cutting limbs, lowering the branches, not getting killed in the process...in just an afternoon the job was done and with their massive equipment I thought my lawn would be destroyed however they put down plywood runners and not a blade of grass was bent. I highly recommend Alpha Tree Service, these guys are super nice, I checked their insurance, the price was right and they liked my dogs! lw.
Description of Work: We had 2 massive trees and 2 smaller trees removed from our backyard that required a crane and wood chipper which Alpha Tree Service provided along with very well trained professional men who knew what they were doing and did a great job!

The overall project took 3 days since they were removing so many trees. Everything went very smoothly.
Description of Work: I had 70+ trees removed and stumps grinded both in front, along side of home, and in my backyard. This was a large project and the guys did excellent work. They dropped large pines that were close to my house with incredible precision, and didn't even damage to dogwood sitting right next to one. It was amazing to see them work. Everyone on the crew was very professional, curteous, and informative. They did a great job with cleanup as well. My yard looks nice with several trees left more evenly spread to encourage healthy growth. They also trimmed up some of the remaining trees that I requested. Amazing job, and if I ever need trees removed again I will definitely call them again without hesitation.

These guys were so professional. The crew's efforts were synchronized and efficient. They cleaned up and did Not leave a trace of evidence of the job. It was amazing to watch them in action. It was like watching tree gymnast in action!
Description of Work: They removed a dead white oak from our backyard that was huge and estimated to be over 100 years old. It was difficult to get to and among other trees. They used a crane to lift it up, piece by piece as it as cut, up over our house onto the front lawn. From there they put it into the wood chipper.

It went great! Once they were gone, you could not even tell that they were here...except for the fact that the very large tree that was right next to my home was gone. They cut the tree up in large sections and used the crane to lift them over the house. Not a single part of the tree touched the back yard. These guys are good! dz

Contacted Alpha Tree via text message. Message returned promptly and appointment was set for stump removal at that time. Alpha arrived on the date of the appointment and removed the stump... easy and professional transaction. Received invoice via email at the end of the week. I will certainly use Alpha Tree Service for my future tree service issues.

Very professional and obviously experienced. Second time I have had them do work for me...the crew even raked out debris floating in the lake. Only some chain saw chips remained as evidence they were here. If the tractor hadn't had a mechanical failure they would've completed the job very quickly...

They showed up when they said they would. They did what they said they would. They started work early and did not stop until the job was done. They charged what they quoted us. What more can you ask for, especially in this state.
Description of Work: Cleared the right of way for our Homeowners' Association, including over hanging branches and growth around street lights. This included both sides of about one plus miles of road with most of it being undeveloped woods.

The contractor was working in my neighborhood, so I asked him to stop by and give me a quote on some work. He stopped by, gave me a quote and had his crew come right over and dropped a large dead pine tree for safety. His crew came back on a later date and performed the work just as we discussed. removed the remains of the large pine tree, ground the stump and cleared a large lot. I have recieved several compliments from the neighbors on their work. Great work at a fair price. I highly recommend Alpha Tree Service and would use them again. Thank you.

I called an left a message that I was needing some service. I explained that I was wanting someone to remove some fallen tree limbs from my parents yard. My Dad is 75 years old and was trying to cut up and remove 2 huge tree limbs. I am not really able to do it myself for physical reasons, so I was looking for someone to come in and remove it while he was out of town. I have still not received a phone call back and my father is back and out in the heat trying to do it himself again. I believe that it is just good business to return phone calls whether you can help the person or not.
