Never Pressure Wash Your House - Sea to Summit Pressure Washing llc (a local company) specializes both in residential and commercial exterior cleaning needs. We believe strongly that high pressure washing techniques have no place on or around your home. Instead of blasting your property into oblivion that can cause damage to paint, rip screens, break the seals on window glass, and force water inside your home around windows and doors, Sea to Summit Pressure Washing utilizes a safe “Low Pressure” cleaning techniques often called SoftWashing that gently - yet effectively – removes mold, mildew, dirt, grime, algae, pollen, dust, cob webs, and other contaminates. Our cleansers emulsify and remove grime without putting the exterior of your home in jeopardy and we are capable of cleaning up to 4 stories high without the use of ladders or lifts. When cleaning windows we use de-ionized pure water which eliminates spotting and streaking. Along with using de-ionized water, we use water fed poles which also allow us to go 4 stories high without the use of a man lift making hard terrain easy to navigate. Are the shingles on your roof showing ugly dark spots and streaks? We can safely remove the Gloeocapsa Magma algae as well as lichen and roof moss with non-pressure washing procedures and cleaning solutions recommended and approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Association.

Very happy with service provided by Sea to Summit! Len and his team cleaned our roof, house, patio, deck and driveway. It was like a complete facelift! They had to cancel due to weather and gave me a discount even though it was completely unavoidable. Will be booking them again!

Sea to Summit cleaned my vinyl lake house, my wood deck, my driveway, walkway to home and lake and boat dock on a very hot summer day. The crew was very professional and did excellent work. Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for pressure washing and their quote came out at a higher than the deal price. One quote was for $461 which was for multiple services for different days and another quote was for $425 for multiple services for the same day. I called and emailed them letting them know I was interested in only the $199 special, but they never got back with me. They also hid the estimate under a pillow on my porch furniture. I would have never seen it until they told me after I emailed them.

Description of Work: Cleaned siding only. Did a great job. Only issue was a few plants around the house took a hit and look a little sick. Next time would cover with tarps. Windows needed washing afterwards. Will use this service again as the house was really cleaned.

Thank you for your review. We sincerely appreciate your buisness. We take pride in the work we do and strive to give great customer service as we want to keep your business. Our soaps are proven to be pet and plant friendly so the cleaning solutions/detergents shouldn't hurt your plants and we water everything down before we start and finish to help protect them. We do NOT clean with straight bleach,etc as they are too harsh of cleaners for most surfaces. However sometimes in the baking sun, etc the leaves if wet and in the beaming sun will get burned or they can look alittle stressed. We try to be careful of where we step and where the hoses are as well as to not trample the plants. If they are in fact sick or dead due to something we did we need to come check on them and if needed (due to something we did) will replace them. Covering with tarps, especially in heat could be worse on plants just as if you left them in an enclosed car with extreme temps. If your windows needed washing afterwards there are a few things that could have happend. If it is hot outside and the soap dries on window before it is rinsed or if it is not rinsed good enough it will leave a residue or streaks. This is unacceptable and the crew should know better. We would and will come out and touch up. Like I said 90% of the time a house wash for exterior windows is good enough for most home owners without actually changing for window cleaning. We also were training 2 new employees at the time we did your house so it could be a quaility/training issue. I will let the crew know of your concerns and we will come back out to look and touch up if needed. Our goal is to have a happy customer! If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call. We greatly appreciate your support and hope you will use us again for all yoru future exterior cleaning needs.
