A message was left on our answering machine for a request for an estimate. [member name removed]'s number that he left was called several times with us leaving a message for him to call back to set up the appointment for the estimate. After several attempts to connect with him we did not call again. There was never an appointment made, because we actually never spoke with him from our office. All calls, if missed, are always returned in a timely manner.

There was a little delay in material because of Hurricane Sandy but I was kept informed of that. Once the material arrived, Mr. Gallamore and his crew finished the job in one day. They communicated any issues very well and were very thorough with clean up. Would recommend and use them again.
Description of Work: Replacement of gutters from 5 to 6 inch widths and placement of leaf guards on gutters.

I am working with them right now. I need to get the house painted before they work on the gutters and so we had a discussion about all that. They called me back very quickly and showed up very quickly. They were very timely and I only met them once. The estimator came back to meet me when I was here and then sent me a quote pretty quickly. We are writing an e-mail to him now. I was trying to find a gutter company in Anderson but I couldn’t. Then I saw that Gallamore is in Liberty and I live right near Liberty highway. So that was the logic for choosing them for the gutter work. A lot of the companies are in Greenville and a lot of them don’t like to come down to Anderson since it is like 30 miles. If they have enough going on in Greenville, then it can be hard for them to come to Anderson. However, Gallamore's Seamless Gutters were the closest to Anderson and they responded too.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Gallamore’s Seamless Gutters in the end of the last week for some gutter work.
