As I said above, I have purchased mulch from this company for several years now- I had it delivered by them last year. My last trailer load was full of mud. Not to mention an over 20 minute wait to be filled while they filled one of their own trucks. The driver didn't want to be late or a revival- this was what the owner told me when I called/spoke to him on Tuesday afternoon. I wasn't really upset or angry, but a bit put out because it was a rude w to treat a customer. The owner-Alan I think his name is-told me flat out he would check out what had happened with his guys. No issue there, but he said he would call me the next day. He did not. I have one additional load to get from this place so it will all match in the color. I will no longer do business with this company after that- unless the guy makes it right. I will amend my ratings if that happens. Don't hold your breath. Several days have passed- my report of poor experience stands. I will not do business with an owner who is totally not sensitive to my needs as a consumer. If you want good service, a quality product, and expect to pay a fair price then DON'T do business here. Your dollar is your vote and you and I both deserve better than what this outfit offers.
Description of Work: Have used this mulch yard for several years. Nothing special about it except it's proximity to my home.

WE HAVE APROX. 10 DIFFERENT GRADES OF MULCH AND THEY ARE PRICED ACCORDINGLY. EACH HAVE THEIR OWN PURPOSE IN THE LANDSCAPING INDUSTRY. 2 - THIS CUSTOMER AT OUR STORE CHOSE THE CHEEPEST PRODUCT WE OFFERED IN THIS CLASS OF MULCHES WHICH IS A HARDWOOD UNSCREENED CONTRACTORS BLEND.(BOTTOM OF THE BARRELL) WHICH IS GREAT AS A BASE MULCH OR AN SOIL ADMINDMENT. BUT WHAT HE PICKED. 3 - WE OFFER PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE AT ENVIRO MULCH AND EACH OF THE CUSTOMERS ARE EQUALLY IMPORTANT AND OUR DRIVER HAD AN APPOINTMENT TIME TO MEET WHICH WAS PLANNED BEFORE YOU WERE THERE. 4 - WE ARE SORRY OUR CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT HE CHOSE MAYBE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO HIM SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL NEXT TIME OR VOTING A COUPLE EXTRA DOLLARS TO BUY A MORE QUALITY PRODUCT. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK OUR 1000'S OF HAPPY CUSTOMERS FOR THE GREAT BUSINESS YOU HAVE ALLOWED US TO GROW.
