 + 0 moreAll the details are: Came on time with full compliment of crew he told us he would. Worked hard, cleaned up perfectly, and was helpful with suggestions regarding "right ideas vs. probably not such a good idea, here's why" Good stuff!
Description of Work: Pressure washed the entire outside of our 2 story brick (front) and vinyl (3) sides. Removed all the screens and cleaned them on the ground and also cleaned outside of all the windows, frames, sills! Discussed how many windows we opened when we actually opened windows for moving air. Demonstrated how much more open the house seemed while looking from outside, if all screens except those actually opened were off. It was amazing, and they are still thus. Pressure washed front walkway, back patio, driveway (some oil stain removed too).

 + 0 moreI used Trey Mathias Pressure Washing services in preparation to sell my house after relocating to another state. A friend assisting me when out of town located this company and contacted them by telephone. He left a message and his call was returned within 24 hours. They came out a couple of days later and provided a quote for his washing services. I found the quote reasonable and he was readily available to do the pressure washing on my home. The pressure washing service cleaned the dirt and grease from all areas washed without any damage and making my home more presentable. Especially the screened porch painted white was covered in dirt, yellow pollen, and molding that I though could only be cleaned by painting, but looked freshly painted after the pressure wash. This company was prompt and provided quality service.

They walked around the house and moved things that would hinder their job and then began. They were quick and efficient. After they had completed the job, they then did a walk around with us and pointed out anything that they had spotted that we might need to correct as homeowners. All in all, a very satisfying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing this service.

Description of Work: They pressure washed my roof, driveway, siding, and deck. The chemical they used on the roof must have been to strong because all of the gravel came off the roof and the runoff killed the grass and some of my shrubbery. |The top cement coat of my driveway is gone, I must assume they used the same chemical or used to much pressure. They had been told to not pressure wash the wooden rails on the deck but they did and the rails had to be stained/restained. They pressure washed the chimneys and caused holes in that had to be repaired. Trey was notified of the problems and had a yard maintaince company to replant some shrubbery and the guy said we should wait until spring to resod the grass. When Trey was notified about the driveway, deck rails and roof, he says he did nothing wrong and his insurance co. will not even come out to see the problem. This pressure wash job has been very costly for me.

 + 0 moreWe have had people pressure wash our home in the past, but they cannot compare to the excellent service provided by Trey Mathias Pressure Washing. They arrived on the dot, moved what I was not able to, and not only did an excellent job on the house, but one man climbed up on the roof and pressure washed the skylights and the chimney! After completing the job, they put everything back and even rehung the hummingbird feeders much to the delight of all our hummers! They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and courteous and when they left, our house was shining. We highly recommend these professionals and will definitely use their services again. If there was an A+ rating, this company and the men who came to our home, should certainly receive it.
Description of Work: We purchased a special through Living Social deals and quite frankly were not expecting a whole lot for we were paying so little. Were we ever wrong! We used Trey Mathias Pressure Washing service for pressure washing of our home only and their service was amazing. At the time, we did not realize all the services this company does. We were so satisfied with them, we will try additional services they provide at a later date.
