I woke up this morning with an upstairs toilet dripping water through the kitchen ceiling. I called Jason at 7:00 AM and got his voicemail. The message said to leave your name and number and that he would call back in no more than 5 minutes. He called in about 3 minutes. he showed up at the appoinment time, 9:00AM sharp and was done with replacing a faulty water supply line in about 15 minutes. The braided stainless steel line was much better than what was previously installed and the leak is no more. Great job.

I had two plumbing repair projects that needed attention within my home and I was tempted to hire from my old rolodex contact list. Instead, I used ���HomeAdvisor��� and found the Purple Plumber, Mr. Jason Hutto. He responded quickly and listened to all of my concerns and needs. Within the same day, Jason completed plumbing repairs within the crawl space and replaced two bathroom faucet issues that were not easy issues. I���m 63 years old and so I have a lot of experience observing service trade folks. I was surprised and happy to watch this professional complete the repairs with quality and with a pride in workmanship which is not easily found in today���s work force. He provided options and insights that were important to the success of my projects. The pricing was reasonable and Jason removed all project debris at days end. Most importantly, I found my ���go-to��� plumber that I can trust. I���m very satisfied. Thank you Jason.

Jason is an honorable man. He is reliable, competent and understands customer relations. He arrived early, worked quickly and best of all, explained everything he was doing. he even offered to come back in a year to help me drain/flush the HWH if I felt I couldn't do it myself. He will be my go-to plumber!

Arrived on time for estimate and spent time asking questions to learn our needs and requirements. Showed up on time to install the new tankless heater and additional outside faucet and replacing piping and removing excess piping that had been installed by others. Was very reasonable and personable, answering all questions.

Fast and friendly. Called and he was there within 45 minutes. Fixed problem the same day and now I have got water. Thanks Purple Plumber!!

The service was exceptional .i was in need of repairs asap I had family staying with me and only one bathroom with a leaky toilet.it was more like a small waterfall. But we called and they came in to give a quote,and came back the next day and repaired it.it took half a day and they were extremely concerned with my thoughts on what they were doing they explained everything and guaranteed the work.i would call them again .on the down side they were a little pricey,but remember you get what you pay for.

Based on overall reported cost for replacement and installation of a new water heaters in the Columbia area the cost was a little above average. However I am very satisfied with this company, the quality of work performed, their professional attitude and would not hesitate to hire them in the future for my plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Replaced old water heater with tankless water heater the very next day after consultation. Job completed by the time I got home from work. Well worth the money and will definitely hire The Purple Plumber again with any plumbing issues that may arise.
