Jason is a professional,honest and knowledgable businessman. Very quick response to my inquiry. Told me upfront what needed to be done in order to install my new hot water heater. Jason called within 5 minutes at 7 AM. He prioritized me, and arrived at 8:30 AM. The repair was done right and with quality. After the repair, he offered to take the trash and debris with him to the dump. That left my front yard looking great again. Highly recommend. Will definitely use Jason again.

Jason was quick to respond to my posting, which I greatly appreciated. He was able to come out and asses the situation later the day. He quickly ascertained what my issues were (water heater older than me) and quote me prices on replacement units. Showed up promptly the next morning and quickly and efficiently got my now hot water heater up and running. Great response time, fair market pricing for parts and labor: what more could you want?

Very pleased with the quick response. We made the call to the Purple Plumber, and received excellent service from Jason Hutto. We had been out to the store and came home to find out that we had no hot water. Turns out the Hot Water heater had lived its life and died.... Jason came out in the early evening and he went and got a new water heater for us and installed it that evening. Thankful that he was available, and we were able to get our showers this morning. We would highly recommend them again.

Jason took the time to talk to us about the re-occurring problem that we are having with one of our toilets and gave us some options on how to take care of it. Every person we have came in contact with this just wants to charge you a bunch of money and out the door they go but not Jason, he has been the most sincere one we have ever talked with. We would highly recommend him to anyone for any plumbing problems you may have

Jason was very courteous and professional. Always kept good communication. Very Knowledgeable about tankless water heaters and answered all my questions. Decide against tankless for now. He installed water heater same day and also gave me tip about my shower head. Wife is happy and so am I. Would hire again.

Jason was great! He contacted me minutes after I had inquired - at 7am - and arrived before the scheduled time. We had a new Jacuzzi step-in tub installed last week, and when my husband was trying it for the first time, our hot water ran out. This was Sunday afternoon, so I never expected to reach anyone until Monday morning. I searched on Home Advisor and chose The Purple Plumber based on past reviews. Very surprisingly, after speaking with a customer service rep at Home Advisor, I was transferred to Jason's phone and left a message, and he called me back in about 5 minutes. I explained the situation and he told me very likely the problem was that our 30 gallon tank was insufficient to handle the new tub's capacity. He said even people with garden tubs run into this problem, he gets calls frequently for this issue. I explained that we were flying out Monday afternoon and would be away a week, and he asked me if 7 AM Monday was too early to come to our house. Monday morning he arrived, and w edits cussed theroblem, and I agreed to buy a 50 gallon tank. He left to get the tank, and had it installed, some corroded pipes replaced, and everything working perfectly by 11 AM. Excellent service, and Jason is a really nice guy, as well. My husband and I highly recommend The Purple Plumber.
