They worked out good. They were the cheapest.

I called this company and left a message. After about 2 weeks, he finally called back and apologized for not getting back to me sooner and that he's been really busy as he's running 6-8 weeks out. I told him the two jobs that I had and he said that someone would contact me to schedule an estimate. That was over a week and-a-half ago. I have yet to hear anything from this company. This is not a way to promote a business.

Nothing happened, not checked out, not selected, never heard of them. Don't want anymore emails demanding reviews.

He showed up on the day promised and cleaned the gutters. I would have liked for him to let me know he was here, and finished the job. I did not know it was complete until I actually looked at the gutters. But it was done well.

The first task was installing the ceiling fan. Originaly I had tried to do the job myself, so the job of cutting a hole in the ceiling was already done. I had misplaced the switch that came with the fan and did'nt relieze that that it required a four wire electrical cord, He quickly recognized the problem and solved it. No only that, but did'nt charge me extra for either the wire or switch inwhich he purchased!! He did a great job fixing the back door which would'nt close. He sanded the high spots and reseated the support screws and now it works fine.

I never got an email or call back from the individual. It has now been over a month.

The owner of The Improvement Co,, Dan, replyed quickly to our request for an estimate to replace our cracked vinyl trim. Dan came out within a few days of contacting me, was very professional, and provided a fair estimate to have the work completed. To our surprise, the work was then completed by his crew a few days later. The crew members were extremely knowledgeable and effecient. While replacing our cracked vinyl trim, the crew discovered that we had an entire section of vinyl siding on our home that had not been installed correctly by the original contractor and was too short. This was potentially allowing water damage for our home. I was able to speak to Dan for another estimate within a few days and get a second quote to have the section of siding replaced. Again, the quote was quite reasonable and the work was completed a few days later. The crew did amazing work and the siding looks fantastic. If we need services completed on our home in the future, this will be the first company I call for an estimate.

I will call on this company again if needed in the future.

They were a pleasure to interface with from job plan, to start, and finish. Brian was accommodating and fair regarding changes and change orders. It is great to have a GC you can trust and count on to deliver the scope with quality and professionalism.

The initial consultation was thorough and I was provided options for the repairs I needed for damaged hardiplank siding. I was given a quote promptly. They completed the job very quickly and the workmen were very professional and respectful. The price was much less than the other quote I received. I am very thrilled to have found a company that did great work for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

The Improvement Company not only repaired the areas that I pointed out but they also went around the entire house and repaired areas that I did not notice needed repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing home repairs.

I never got back to them. I thought the quote was a little high. It took a couple of weeks for them to get back to me with the quote so I didn't think they were really interested in doing the work. They did show up on time.

I called The Improvement Company for a quote for some handyman services that I did not have the time or resources to complete on my own. An appointment was setup on the following day with Dan who came out to look over the house. He was there right on time and walked the entire house making a list and offering suggestions as we went. He understood my situation completely and was very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't trying to upsell me or exaggerate what needed to be done. He compiled a list, gave a reasonable quote, and (much to my surprise) was able to start on the work that afternoon! His employee worked quickly and efficiently to knock out a list that had been hanging over my head for years. He returned the next day to finish up the job and left the site cleaner than he found it. I was very pleased with the work performed and had complete confidence in Dan and his organization. It is clear that he has a high standard of honesty and integrity which I have found to be rare when hiring any type of contractor. He stuck to his word and did exactly what he said he would on time and on budget. I really appreciated this and I will be calling them again if/when the need arises.

Needed some siding replaced after a tree damaged it. Called for estimate, they came out the next day to perform the estimate. Took about 15 minutes, received estimate via email later in the week. Called back to schedule the work and they requested that I send the request as a reply to the email, which I did. They had some availability the next week, but I had other work happening at that time, so I had to delay. We were able to schedule the work for about 2 weeks later. The crew (2 guys) showed up on time and worked hard, but didn't bring a tall enough ladder, so were only able to complete the lower half of the house the first day. They came back on time the second day with the tall ladder and finished the work very quickly. Left without asking for payment. Brian (the estimate guy) called a couple of days later asking if he could come by and pick up the payment, and verified at that time that I was happy with the work.

Very Well. The man who did it gave me a good estimate, I accepted. The work was done two days later. Well done. I am happy with it.

They arrived with a crew of 5 at 8:30am with every thing need to complete the job, pruned back a large camellia over growing roof (at no extra charge), removed old roofing, installed new roofing, performed excellent cleanup, and departed at 1:00pm. An extremely professional operation.

Dan, the owner, is very cooperative and very responsive. We had house guests while the work was in progress, and at our request Dan stopped work for two days while they were here. All employees were extremely courteous, considerate, and willing to get everything right. We had no difficulty living in the house while the work was being done or leaving the workmen alone in the house if we needed to go somewhere.

Came out as agreed, but no work ever was started because the company ignored me.

Clint responded to my initial phone call and came to my home the next day and gave a detailed estimate. When I called to have the work scheduled, his crew was able to come on the day I requested. They completed the work in less than a day and cleaned up after they were finished. They also repaired several missing anchors that fasten the exterior shutters at no cost. Very impressed with the quality, cost, and duration of the project. I am having them come back to replace gutters previously installed by another company.

I had some quotes and found them to be the cheapest. They did a pretty good job. They did my roofing last year so I had them do my windows this year. I have fairly large windows. I like their selling style. Bryan Kelley came out and was very helpful. The installer came out and was telling me how to replace the windows. I think they did a really good job and I was impressed.

I was very pleased with the work done on my house. Brian came out and quoted the work. He was more than willing to answer any questions that I had (even if I chose another company). I am very pleased with the workmanship. The only negative things I can say are very minor. They were a little slow in completing the work. By that I mean, we had several different crews doing different jobs and it took about 3 weeks from start to finish. We were not in a hurry (I told them that) and it wasn't a problem for us. The clean up job was not immaculate. They did a very good job of cleaning up, but I found a piece or two. All in all, I am very pleased with the jobs and would definitely hire them again.
