Great company! Their estimate was significantly less than a highly advertised competitor. The installers completed the job in a few hours. So far we are very happy with the product.

They came and looked at what needed to be done and gave a price. They came on the day they said they would on time and had it repaired very quickly.

Great. Gary returned our call on a Saturday. The issue was not an emergency and by Monday we had an appointment for that day. Technician called first, came on time, repaired the problem and did extra: tightening bolts on the door, and lubricating hinges and the large spring. A different company showed up, said it was a busted motor and would cost about $500. They never even took the time to consider other options. Our door is functioning normally again. We will definitely hire again.

They immediately identified the issue which were the gears giving out on my 26 year old Overhead Garage opener. Scott replaced with a new opener, my opener was so old it didn't have sensors for stopping in emergency. Scot was extremely quick, friendly, informative and helpful. This company is really good, cheap and honest so it doesn't get any better.

We didn't end up needing them this time, but will definitely use them for any future garage door issues. The repair work we had done a couple of years ago went great. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Gary Williams called when he was on his way within the 2 hour window I was given. I pulled in the driveway right behind me. He looked at the damage, got a new spring from his truck and within 30 minutes he had the new spring on and my garage door working like new.

It was a great experience. I was at my whits end looking for someone to install my new garage door. I called so many different companies but their prices were very high. Finally I called The Garage Door Company, they were responsive, reasonably price and the technician was wonderful.

It couldn't have been a better experience. The price was very reasonable for the work done -- $185. If I ever have another problem with my garage door, I will call The Garage Door Company.

It went very smooth. They were very efficient and friend and willing to work with me.

I purchased the garage door opener at a big box store and was told they would install it in a specified time - they did not. So I called Garage Door and left a message, within the hour I was called back and had an appointment the next day. I told them what I needed and was given a quote over the phone which was the amount I was charged. The installer called to let me know he was on the way to install the opener. He was very professional and showed me how to operate the keypad to open the garage as well as letting me know the signs of when the battery would need to be replaced. I am so grateful that I called Garage Door and would highly recommend this company and will call them whenever I have a problem in the future.

.It was 6 PM the day after Christmas when our garage door would not open. I called them and left a voicemail. Called back to me within minutes. Informed me someone would be there within the hour. Technician arrived within half hour, sized up situation, replaced springs. Very quick. To get this service on a holiday weekend is exceptional. Would definitely use them again

He not only fixed the garage door opener by replacing the control board, but without charging anything extra, he improved the lighting on both openers, lubricated the slides and got them to work much more quietly.

Went very well. Repaired and reinforced the broken garage door, lubricated the other garage door in addition to the broken one. Very good job, very happy with the services.

I sent them in a message here on Angie's List to get them to come out and and fix our garage door. I provided them with some dates we were available. Instead of saying which time and date worked for them, they asked to call to set up a date and time. I replied back to them saying I wasn't able to call and updated our availability with more specific and updated times and dates of availability. Weeks went by with no response. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I rated them an F on punctuality and professionalism because of this.

We contacted him on Friday, 3 Jan 2015 and scheduled an appointment for today6 Jan. He gave an estimate based on what we had told him. He arrived at the scheduled time, made the repair and a few adjustments and then checked everything out to make sure the repair was done. We were very pleased and would recommend him!
