Tactical Remodeling

I have nothing negative to say about Tactical Remodeling. Everything was very professional and well done, straight across the board, when he answered and when he came out. The work was fine. He made a bid of $600.00 and we bargained it down $50.00 to $550.00, but then we added $100.00 because we added on double doors we wanted painted. So, we bargained a little bit on price, but we didn't have a bit of problem with him. We did supply the paint, because we had earlier gotten something at one of the home stores and took it back and we had quite a big balance there now, so we bought our own paint. He brought two guys with him and like I said, it was done very well. We were very pleased. We used to do the work himself, because my husband used to be in construction.

We were referred to John by a friend to pressure wash our home. We were impressed by the quality and thoroughness of his work, which we felt was above and beyond the usual. A couple months later we decided to have our privacy fence stained and contacted John. He recommended the same product we were leaning toward and gave us a quote that was in line with others we had received. He arrived when he said he would, and did a great job. John applied the stain to both sides, put on two coats, and did an excellent job of managing use of the stain, which was pricey. We are completely satisfied with our experience and plan to use him in the future.

John Hiers did an excellent job. He completed the job in the time he estimated and kept the cost to what he estimated also. My stove hood was off, not centered over the stove because at some point in the past, a much wider stove was put in place. He expanded the existing cabinet to push the stove hood and its "nook" over, to line up right with the stove. He did a great job, and you cannot tell anything was ever messed with at all. He was on time and kept the place really clean and tidy, so there was no mess or anything when he left. H***, he even offered me some of his lunch when they took a lunch break!
