Excellent. Scheduled two days from first contact. Showed up on time and completed the work (including cleanup) in less than 4 hours. I have used Starr before to replace a large AC unit and have been very satisfied with their work and value they provide. Very easy to work with and didn't have any problems with communicating - (use e-mail.) I would recommend them for this type of HVAC work. Have asked Starr to schedule test and maintenance for my two AC units when the weather gets warmer.
Description of Work: Replace second furnace in the house. Small existing furnace (66000 BTU) no longer repairable. Burt replaced unit with equivalent furnace.
