 + -1 moreGreat! They originally installed the alarm system 2 years ago in my moms 1930's house. Even with having to deal with plaster walls everything went great and we have been very pleased with the service, installation and monitoring. John and his crew are great to work with and understood that we needed this system installed with certain parameters to meet my moms needs. Those requirements were all met above our expectations. If we need something changed or tweaked they are always there to take care of our needs and when they leave after the service my mom is happy.
Description of Work: Installation of security system with camera's originally. Last time they were out they did an upgrade of the system due to the old phone towers going out of service and converting the alarm systems to the latest phone service.

 + -1 moreEverything went according to schedule, completed task in one day. Only issue was a smoke detector was put too close to an HVAC return, but they came and relocated it.
Description of Work: New home under construction. I have used Security Specialists in the past for my current residence and been very satisfied. Got estimates from 3 companies and all were fairly close. They installed wiring for doors, windows, motion detector, glass breakage detector, smoke and heat detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and speakers in 3 areas. On time, did what they said they would and did a good job.
