They did a great job at a very fair "first service" price. I scheduled for them to return every two weeks thereafter and they have always been on time, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend them!!!

+ -1 moreOverall, it's been a better experience than other cleaning services I've used, so I'm reasonably satisfied. Melissa is always responsive when I phone, I just wish I didn't have to phone. They apparently send different crews all the time, so there's no way I'll keep a crew that has learned how I like things done. I'll think I've got them up to speed, then the work slacks off again and I have to get back on the phone with Melissa. On the upside, when crews repeatedly had trouble doing a good job on my old kitchen floor, Melissa came out, and polished and waxed the floor, no extra charge. And, after many tirades about the need to vacuum the sofa and the loose area rug, they now successfully meet the challenge of cat-hair.
Description of Work: They send a crew of two ladies every two weeks for general housecleaning in my 3,000 sq ft house. They clean the bathrooms and kitchen, mop or vacuum floors, vacuum the furniture, dust surfaces, neaten up a bit (they can't cure my cluttering ways, unfortunately!). They don't do windows or oven-cleaning. Because my cook top is a solid-surface one, no burners to dismantle, scour and reassemble, I was hoping for a trade-off for a monthly oven-cleaning, but no deal.
