+ 0 moreThe first thing you notice is how polite Jason is. I can't tell you how many times he called me "Sir". He showed up on time to give me the estimate which was right on with what I had budgeted. He was able to start within a few weeks and showed up every day with his crew, weather permitting. At one point he cut the cable line that was not marked by the utility co, called the cable company to come out the same day and paid for the repair himself. The process took a little over a week. He did the job right, and pointed out that he put a fabric liner behind the retaining walls so that dirt would not leach through like you see on many retaining walls. He kept me up to date on the progress and on any delays that came up because of weather. I used him a second time to repair the sprinkler system after a lightning strike to the house.
Description of Work: Basically replaced entire front yard(small yard) based on plans drawn up by a landscape architect. The work involved removing all shrubs and grass, installing sprinkler system(both pop up heads and drip irrigation lines), installing 2 concrete paver retaining walls, replacing all shrubs, and installing St. Augustine grass that would grow better in my conditions. Guaranteed the shrubs for one year.
