I was told I do not currently have termites but a lot of former termite damage. He wanted to spray anyway at a cost of over $1100. Cost me $65 for the inspection. Would not give a contract until I had all previous damage repaired.

I recently moved to SC from NC and the termites and fire ants are much worse in the Chapin area than Charlotte, NC. I did not want to pay a transfer fee and annual fee to transfer a termite bond when all I would get is bait traps to bait termites. I left Ray a message and he promptly called me back. He explained that termite bonds were not required and as long as I have it inspected, any termite activity should be caught quickly. He quoted a price to treat for spiders, ants, fire ants, roaches quarterly and a small additional fee to inspect my slab around my house for any termite activity. I trusted his opinion and hired him to treat my house quarterly. He is one of the few people that trust customers and does not require a contract. He set up an appointment and arrived on time.

Ray has been spraying my home for about a year. I've had no issues with any bugs. He is professional and responses to my calls very promptly. He is also always accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend you giving him a try.
