 + -1 moreI really like several things about working with Randy: First, he takes the time to explain things thoroughly to answer my questions. Second, he is very punctual and keeps in touch with regular updates on my projects--never keeps me hanging, wondering what's going on. Third, he has good workmanship and has good standards for his work. Finally, I appreciate his taking the time to get me up to speed on the Columbia real estate market. So he has been a pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Randy has done a variety of handyman work for my primary residence and my rentals, including installing and staining shelving, installing large, heavy mirrors, doing minor repairs, removing debris, installing light fixtures, installing base shoe, etc.

 + 0 moreRandy has good workmanship, and he communicates well with us. He throughly explains each project and willingly answers questions. Prices are reasonable and he is a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: Randy has done a variety of punch list projects, including installing new shelves, sealing hardwood floors, installing lighting fixtures, and staining my stair banister.

 + -1 moreHe found the glass and told me it would be $75 to replace and asked if he should order it. I told him to go ahead with that. I asked him to do more work in my home and all it would require was a can of paint. When I got home he was parked in my driveway. When I walked in the front door he was sitting in my recliner watching tv. He said "why don't you get comfortable". That caught me off guard. He was not supposed to be back until Friday but yesterday I came home and he was at my house again and calling me. He has made me very uncomfortable.
Description of Work: I had called him to come and replace the glass in my back door.
