QUALITY CARPET CARE & Restoration

WONDERFUL! I was going to replace the carpet in the rental property but decided to give it one last cleaning. I came out like new. In my 41' motorhome, the carpet was restored to a better condition than when I purchased it (used).

This is the second time I have used this service. I thought I would have to replace the carpets in a rental property but David did such a good job that this was not necessary. I will always call on him first for all my jobs.

David looked at the carpet and said he could get about 90% of the stains out. When he finished, the carpet looked almost new. Only a few spots remained. It was much cleaner than it had been after the two prior professional cleanings. This saved me many thousands in carpet replacement.

David helped me out in a bind when another carpet cleaner cancelled on me the day of. I had everything ready and needed someone that day. David said he would come. 9 rooms, halls and steps. Very heavily pet stained cream carpet. He pre-vacuums as well. I can't believe how clean it looks. Best carpet cleaning job we've had. Very reasonably priced.

The carpet cleaning service uses a 5 step process that includes vacuuming, spot removal and a steam extraction process to remove soap/detergent scum. If you have ever tried to clean up a carpet stain yourself with a detergent, you have probably noticed that the area gets dirty again. The stream process remove the residual detergent that causes this problem. The work is done by the owner, David Mahoney rather than a hired crew. David is very thorough and the carpets look great.

David was professional, prompt, friendly and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, His work was so superior to the work done previously by Stanley Steamer and Sears. I would definitely recommend him to others.

David was able to come early which worked great for us. He was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He helped me move some small items off the floor, got his equipment ready then began cleaning immediately. I was surprised how fast he was able to clean while still being thorough and answering all my questions. David's service was exceptional and he was extremely easy to do business with. Excellent Job at removing some pet stains. He showed up on time and exceeded our expectations. Paid $150 for one living room, stairway, and large couch to be cleaned which I thought was fair but not a "deal".

Overall, it was a great experience. This company uses biodegradable cleansers, which i love!

Bought this as a Groupon deal which included Carpet Cleaning in Two Rooms and a Hallway ($105 Value). Easy to get an appointment on a date/time that accommodated my schedule. Was told that normally they would move furniture but since this was a Groupon, the homeowner was responsible for moving any items (chairs, end tables, lamps, etc) for the cleaning. David (owner) arrived on time - very pleasant and knowledgeable. We talked about the type of carpet in the house and the chemicals that would be used to clean it. He thoroughly vacuumed the areas (including baseboards!), steam cleaned and applied the carpet protection. The entire process took about an hour. When he was done the carpet looked great. David also gives you $10.00 off referral coupons that you can give to neighbors and use for your next appointment. I will definitely use Quality Carpet Care again.

The rugs all looked fantastic when David returned them, the kitchen rug looked like new, brighter and the colors were crisp like they had been when the rug was purchased. He placed them back on the rug pads by himself and made sure we were happy, and that the rugs were where we wanted them, before he left. There is a slight "bump" in the middle of the rugs from handing them to dry but that will disappear over time. They smell fresh, too! I am very happy with the service and will definitely use Quality Carpet Care & Restoration again.

I liked the price; we got it done in half the price. They were very thorough. They did a good job. It was neat when they left. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

I called David to clean the carpets on a vacant home prior to my family member moving into it. He was able to schedule a time that was convenient to me, was at the property waiting for me when I got there and did a great job on the carpets. I will definitely use Quality Carpet Care again.

I have used David for many years to clean carpet in a rental house and my house. This last time, I was going to replace the carpet in the rental. I did not think he would be able to clean it again. Before spending the money to replace it, I got David to take a look at it and he guaranteed that he would be able to make it look almost as good as new. He even cut out a small piece of carpet in the den and replaced it with some from the closet to repair an area that the former tenant let his dog chew on. Saved me several thousand dollars by not having to replace. He has always been reliable and honest.
