PROFESSIONAL TREE SERVICE

They were great! Very professional workers. The main tree was in a large flower garden with many shrubs against the tree. They very carefully lowered the tree and cut it into smaller manageable pieces. They made no impact at all in the work areas. After the trees and branches were down all debris was removed, the yard was raked and the sidewalks cleaned of all debris. The yard and walks were left in a better condition then when they arrived. Excellent job. I have had several other tree services over the past 15 years and this work was by far the best ever at a very good price. They were responsive, scheduled that job very quickly, did a great job, were very safety aware and left the yard looking great with no cleanup required on my part. I highly recommend their services without any hesitation.

We scheduled a time for him to come out and give me an estimate and he was right on time. I bought this house that had not been lived in years. It was severely overgrown. It needed a lot of help. They came in one day and did a wonderful job. They cut down trees, trimmed trees, removed vines and picked up all the debris including the stuff I had all over the yard. It truly looks like a different place. To sum it up in one word, FANTASTIC !!!!! Use me for a reference anytime!

David schedules all his quote visits for Friday's, which initially I found a little inconvenient. I do however now appreciate the way he does this, as you'll have his undivided attention. I was impressed that David says he is on every job site, and so is hands on for each customer's needs. I got a very reasonable quote for the removal of several large limbs near or over my roof, "clean up" of ~7 trees on my property, and total removal of two large trees, their stumps, and removal of all debris. Due to some other expenses that came up, I was unable to have the work done. I hope to have David and his crew out at a future date to do the work.

A large crew came out to quickly and cleanly remove the tree and grind the stump. They did an excellent job cleaning up. Quote was right in the middle of others I received. Mike came to do an estimate when he said he would be there. Scheduling was very easy. They had an opening a week earlier than expected, called me in the morning to see if they could come that day, and the tree was gone by noon. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Went well. Called ahead of time. Didn't damage any shrubs or my neighbors house. Offered to help my wife bring in the groceries. very professional.

This removal was accomplished with expert skill by professional tree surgeons who excised the tree, branch-by-branch, completing the job in less than two hours without causing further damage to the house. The premises were thoroughly cleaned after this difficult job. The only thing that was missing was my beautiful tree, but that wasn't David and his crew's fault. Thanks for a job well done.

David Moore arrived as scheduled to provide a quotation. The written quote was brief but summarized the work done. David mentioned an Angie's List discount without my having to ask for it. I found the price agreeable. He made it clear it would be several weeks before he could schedule the work. This was good to know up front instead of learning about it later. Since this was not an emergency, I had no problem with the delay. Appx. six weeks later David called to arrange a specific day and time to perform the work. Two days later he and his crew arrived as scheduled. They performed the job in under 90 minutes. For a job that requires chainsaws, chippers, and grinders, the noise was not out of line. They clearly took care to avoid damaging nearby shrubs. They removed all debris; indeed, the missing tree was the only evidence of them having been there. The bill matched the invoice. I would definitely use Professional Tree Service again, and would recommend them to others.

This company is busy so you need to get on their schedule. They are here when they say they will be, and they are on time. After a quick walk around to confirm that the work plan remained the same from the time of the quote, the crew quickly and efficiently got to work with a minimum of chatter.. I had been fussy about not wanting any of the understory trees or plants damaged. After completion of the work, as we walked around to check for my satisfaction, David told me that 1 small twig of an azalea was broken. Hey, considering the size of the trees and huge limbs removed , 1 small twig is excusable! They removed all debris, racked the yard, replaced anything they had moved. Left the yard in better condition than when they arrived! The guys were all proficient, polite, personable, and just fun to have working in my yard. I have no qualms about recommending them. We will definitely call them for any future tree work needed.

They did a terrific job. Follow-through was outstanding. We spoke several times before they came because of the weather. The clean-up was exceptional. I would recommend highly and will use again.

I live in the country and had a lot of trees that needed trimming and cutting. David came out and walked the property with me and told me the trees he thought needed cutting - he actually said only 2 really needed cutting, but I decided to do more. They contacted me and let me know exactly when they were coming and confirmed it the day before. The owner was there and worked on site with his crew. They were punctual, very professional and did a great job. The clean up was amazing. I would definitely use them again.

We were on vacation, house sitter said everything went great. They were able to work us in earlier than planned. Nagging old tree that we've wanted to remove for 10+ years was nothing but a few shavings when we returned. No damage to driveway or surrounding underground pipes. Nice job and nice welcome home.

Owner provided quick response to initial request to meet at my house & provide estimate, followed up a couple of days later to answer any questions. Once we selected them & scheduled the work, they arrived a few minutes early, met with us to discuss what they would be doing, then completed the work quickly & efficiently. When done with everything they met with us again, showed us everything g they did, then asked if was done & cleaned up to our satisfaction before any of the crew left the site.

Wonderfully. Arrived at 8am sharp and all the trees were down by approx. 1:30pm. Cleared and cleaned everything up and were gone by approx. 2:15pm. Excellent job in a very difficult backyard to access and move around it. Wish I had done it years ago.
