PROFESSIONAL TREE SERVICE

They arrived when they said they would and took care of the work very quickly. Even though there had been rain in the days prior to their arriving, they moved their equipment around my yard without any damage. Other than a little saw dust from the stump grinding and a missing tree, you couldn't tell they had been there. I will definitely use them in the future.

It went well. Professional, courteous and personable.

Not expecting service for another 3 weeks, they called and said they had a cancellation and they could do the job that day. They arrived within 30 minutes with all the tools and equipment to take down this large tree, grind the limbs without leaving any debris, lift and place the large trunk in a truck, and grind the stump to 6" below the ground. They removed the debris from the street, the yard, and especially from the stump grinding. They actually raked the yard to get the debris from the stump grinding. After hiring several tree services over the years, this company was the first to remove the debris from the stump grinding. A truly professional organization in all respects.

They were very quick to respond to my request for an estimate her on an Angie's List message, and they showed up on time for the estimate and were very professional. However, they quoted me an estimate that was nearly DOUBLE the other estimate I got. I can't speak to their work because I chose the other company and was very pleased with them.

The job was done fast and very well. They removed a few bushes and a small tree as well, no extra charge.

It was difficult to get scheduled. Had a couple of missed appointments with no communication until well after the fact; not too professional in my opinion. Once they arrived, the service was fast, they got right to work, doing a good job getting the limbs away from the house.

It went splendidly well. They went out of their way to fit me into their schedule. Great customer service!!

David remove a stump from the flood of all floods, ground down some stumps a former landscape company did poorly at, and cut down a 60 foot pine in my neighbor's yard. He did it all amazingly well. From "go" he maintained a professional and personable attitude, stated what would be done, set a time schedule, and was even able to get to us earlier than anticipated. He came in and 2.5 hours later was done. No mess left over.

They were honest, professional, very nice and explained everything to me so I could understand. Broke down what they will and wont do. They were very nice.

I contacted the company to get an estimate for the removal of a large dead pine tree that had fallen as a result of a storm and was now encroaching on my neighbor's yard. David called me back and I explained about the tree and then also asked about underbrush clearing. He agreed to come out and look at the job and provide an estimate at the end of that week, which he did. He was neither the lowest nor the highest but the reason I selected him was the reviews on this site and the fact that he did what he said he would when he said he would. David told me he could get to my job in three weeks as they were very busy and sure enough in less than three weeks he called and scheduled the job for that week. David and his crew arrived on time, completing the job over two days. In total three large dead pine trees were removed and underbrush was cleared. I was very pleased with the service and would use Professional Tree Service again.

We had a tall dead pine tree in our backyard that was close to our fence and our house. We needed the tree to be removed by someone who understood the precautions that were needed in order to protect our property. We found Professional Tree Service on Angie’s List and after reading the reviews and looking at the Better Business Bureau’s information and A+ rating we called for a free estimate. When Zack Moore arrived, he was professional in his manner and in his appearance. He gave us a price that we thought was fair given the location of the tree. We agreed to have the tree taken down and were put on the waiting list. [We were actually glad to hear there was a waiting list because we felt this was an indication that their work was above average.] Oh my, were we right! On the day scheduled, David Moore, the owner, arrived with three other team members and a fleet of heavy equipment/vehicles. It was clear that these were not weekend tree-removing hobbyists. This professional team consisted of David, his safety-conscious tree-climbing son Zach, and two others who have been working with David for over fifteen years each. As we watched these guys go about their tasks, it was like seeing a well-directed orchestra at work. Each guy knew his own job and worked in complete harmony with the others. They took safety seriously both for their own sakes and for that of our property. Once the tree was down, they cleaned and raked the area and left it looking better than when they arrived. We could not be more grateful for David’s work ethic, integrity, and kindness. We would not hesitate to use Professional Tree Service again and we highly recommend them without any reservation.

They also did a great job of cleaning up a lot of yard debris from the storms we recently had. Much of the debris was large limbs and branches that came off of one of the trees, but they cleared out other debris as well. Very pleased and price was very reasonable.

Crew arrived on the day and time scheduled, worked professionally and quickly. Did the job I had asked for and did and good job cleaning up the work area.

I called Professional Tree Service. They made an appointment for someone to come out , look at the trees and give me an estimate. Mr Moore arrived on time, we walked the property and as we did he listened to my requests and answered my questions. When the crew came to do the work I was not home at the time but arrived just as they were finishing and I can tell you there was not a twig left behind! They even rehung my bird feeders!

It's like the tree was never there! Wow! In about two hours, the cutting was done, the yard was raked. I honestly can't tell where the tree stood and I didn't even get the stump grinding done. I highly recommend this company, again.
