PROFESSIONAL TREE SERVICE

David was able to giveus a same day estimate. He and his crew had the job completed before other companies could even give us an estimate. They were able to remove the tree with very little damage to our landscaping. They were fast, professional and courteous. Thank you David and crew!

I used Professional Tree Service because of the reviews on Angie's List. I could not be more satisfied with the job they did. You really can't tell that the trees were ever there. They cleaned up every leaf! I'll be calling them back next spring.

They arrived when they said they would and were very professional and courteous. They were careful not to damage nearby trees and did a great job cleaning up. I would use them again.

It went very well. They gave me an approximate arrival time, and called when running late. I was able to meet them and confirm the correct trees to be removed.

Like clockwork...very organized & professional. Wasted not time. Lots of equipment & 4-5 workers on site. No issues being close to houses. During the job, it was evident they knew what they were doing. Have already referred them to a friend. Would call them again without hesitation.

Had David Moore and Professional Tree Service removed several trees from my yard. One of the trees was leaning over the house. They showed up on time, worked hard and got the job complete in just a few hours. The crew was professional, equipment well maintained and in good working order. They took care insuring no damage was done to the house/fence etc and they were working in very tight quarters - will use them again. Job well done - thanks

A pine tree fell in my yard and I needed the tree and stump removed. I called requesting an estimate on the work and also removing some other trees in my yard. All the trees were tall pines and sweetgums, and very near the house. David came to the house 2 days later to give me a detailed estimate in writing, split into several phases in case I didn't want to do all the work at once. I was so impressed with the responsiveness of the estimate appointment, and the cost of the work, I called him back the same day to schedule the work. He was able to come out to do the work 5 days later - only one week after the initial call for an estimate! His crew showed up on time, worked steadily, and finished the same day. I live on a very busy street corner in a residential area and they were able to drop the trees and clear the roads very quickly so as to not disrupt traffic. The finished yard is amazing! Cannot tell trees ever grew there! The stumps were ground way under the surface and the holes filled with the wood chips.

Overall, it was a great experience. Professional Tree Service provided me with an estimate to cut down some tree branches that were hitting our roof as well as an estimate to cut down the entire tree. Once receiving the estimate I scheduled a date to have the branches cut down. They were prompt and professional in their service and did a great job of cleaning up the branches and debris once they were finished. I am planning to use them again this fall.

Their estimate seems fair and competitive. They were very professional. I plan on hiring them in the future.

Mr Moore came to the house and after inspection in a very friendly and professional manner, gave me the cost of the service and when it could be done. He also provided a discount for being an Angies list member. The service completed on time and did a great job of trimming the trees as agreed and also did some extra work. The area was cleaned up very well afterwards. I am very pleased with the cost and quality of the job

They told me the tree and all trace would be gone. You could not tell they had been. Not one stray branch or leaf was left behind. This was a great experience with a great company.

Professional Tree Service ground up some trees, hauled them and cleaned them all for us. They did everything, they completed the project for me and everything was done as expected. I have contacted them again to give us estimate for another work however, they have not called me back yet.

The estimate for the requested work was the best we received. We have not used the service yet but plan to do so within the next 30 days.

Watching David and his team perform their artistry was amazing! Removing the tree endangering my neighbor's house required some interesting engineering...but the results were perfect, even to the removal of a large hideous limb on a tree that was not included in the original quote. As other reviewers noted, once the trees are topped, this team takes the remaining portion down whole. David's team dismantled my chain link fence where needed and put it up again. I was very pleased with the cleanup as well. I will continue to use this service for future tree and limb removal needs.

David Moore came out and gave us an estimate for the work. We knew we needed to remove the dead poplar tree but were unsure what could be done to the large oak since it was close to the house. We were afraid it might need to come down but we wanted to know whether it could be trimmed enough to keep it off the house and still keep the tree. He showed us how he could trim it up and keep the tree. He gave us two estimates so we could decide about the tree. We called him back the next day and he scheduled to come do the work later that week. He & the crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were all very professional. They loaded up the large pieces, ground up all the limbs & stumps and raked everything up very neat and clean. We decided to save the oak tree and have him trim it. It turned out great - the tree still looks good and has a nice shape - and we have some shade. We would definitely call them again. Start to finish -it was a totally pleasant experience.

The name says it all!! This company was professional in every aspect. They arrived on time and did not leave until the yard was cleaned and the job done. (it was l00 degrees that day) I have used other tree services in the past and this one is my favorite. I will definitely use them from now on. David Moore is the owner and very easy to work with.

Because of rain the crew was running late, but they called ahead to let us know. It was fun to watch how they took the tree down as a single piece, as all I had ever seen before were trees coming down in sections. The guys were friendly and competent. The price was what I expected to pay for this type of job, as opposed to another company that wanted an outlandish $975 for the same job. Would recommend to others

I emailed Professional Tree Service with details about what I wanted done. I got a call back in less than 24 hours and David Moore was here that morning to give an estimate. I took him around the house and showed him where I wanted trees removed and some trees trimmed. He was honest with me and told me upfront that he didn't want to remove the stumps of two of my tree because he was afraid he'd damage my fence. These 2 smallish trees were pretty much up against the fence. He told me he'd trim one tree without cost, since the effort was so minimal and he took the time to explain to me how trimming it one way will produce one look, while trimming it another way would get me somewhere else. It is right in front of my screened porch and I was concerned about shade and privacy, especially for my parrots who like to spend time out there when the weather permits. The rest of the quote talk was straightforward. I asked him when he thought he might be available and he said that he might have time that week, he asked me how I heard about them (Angie's List, of course!), and he handed me a $1200 estimate for the following: Removal of 1 med/large tree, stump removed Removal of 2 sm/med trees, stumps removed Removal of 2 small trees, stumps left in the ground (b/c of the fence) Trimming of 1 large tree Trimming of med tree Haul away of all debris Complete clean-up I called his office that night and left a message to call me back so we could schedule. I didn't need to call anybody else, I was happy with what I got from David. I didn't hear back Tuesday, and then Wednesday he called my cell phone around 8 AM to ask if he could start the work in a few minutes, since he and his crew were in the area. I didn't get the messages, so he just showed up at my door at 8:30 with huge trucks parked along side the street. This really wasn't a problem for me, since I work from home. I just wasn't able to shower until they were done since they were doing a lot of the work directly in front of the larger of the bathroom windows. Three hours after they got to the house, they had the entire yard cleaned up and the fence put back together (had to drive a tiny tractor thing into my backyard). The supervisor, which was not the owner, came to my door to tell me that the only issue they encountered was a "tire mark" in the grass, left from the small tractor-like vehicle. I live on an incline/hill, and the grass was soft because of the rain, so they really couldn't help it. The supervisor told me they fixed the issue, and all was well. He told me they would just bill me, but I went ahead and handed him the $1200 check. He asked me if I wanted him to mark on the estimate that I had paid, but there was no need . . . The work is perfect and the crew was professional. The peace of mind should be most important. I have had so many "landscapers" and "gardeners" try and trim these trees only to ruin some and butcher others. Professional Tree Service knows what it's doing and you will be able to tell instantly when you meet David that he's got his stuff together. And did I mention all of them were cordial, polite and courteous? I will absolutely use them again when I need them, no question about it. Do yourself a favor and at least schedule the free estimate.

His work is top of the line, he does an excellent job. He's very punctual. I was there for the time it took him to take the trees down and get rid of them, and it only took him about three hours. He's also very good with clean up. He had a team of 3 people plus himself and it only took them 3 hours to take the trees down and clean up/cut up the hardwood tree. He's als very accurate, he has never damaged anything near the trees, such as shrubbery, etc. His costs are about average for the amount and quality of work he did. He's also personable, and easy to relate to.

I was not home when Mr. Moore came to do the estimate. He was highly recommended by several friends, and so I went ahead and accepted the estimate by phone. I was not home when he came to do the work, but he called me on the phone. When I got home, the work was done, cleaned to perfection, and was better than I expected. He sent me a bill in the mail, I returned payment the same way. Dealing with Mr. Moore was incredibly easy and the work was excellent.
