PROFESSIONAL TREE SERVICE

I had four nuisance oak trees in my back yard. After reading the AL reviews, I contacted Professional Tree Services ("PTS"). David promptly came (on Friday, April 11) and provided a written estimate that I found to be quite reasonable. I hired PTS and I am glad I did. David and his crew arrived on schedule Monday (14th) morning, and they went right to work. They took down the trees without incident and cleaned the area thoroughly. They also replaced some plants that had been in their way and put some topsoil down to cover some tire tracks left by their truck.. They left the area in such condition that you almost wouldn't have known they were there (except for the missing trees). The entire job was done by 3 p.m. Before he left, David walked around the yard with me to make sure that I was satisfied (I am). I definitely recommend PTS. In fact, I plan to hire them again this Fall to remove some more trees.

OK - This is the third straight year we have used Professional Tree Service. We have never been disappointed. The Maple tree was right outside our dining room window and was bordered by the driveway, sidewalk and house. We had the stump ground down this time. You could barely tell the tree was ever there. No damage at all to the sidewalk, house or driveway. Great job!!! And yes, we will certainly use them again. This was the second time I used professional tree service. He did a beautiful job trimming several trees. He even removed more large limbs than I realized needed to be removed. I am so glad I found this company and will use again next time I need tree service.

Could not ask for anything better. Set up the appointment, arrived on the dot. When straight to work. His team is like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew what their job was, before you knew it they were done. Cleaned up after themselves. Yard looks cleaner than when they came. You would never know there was work done. Already looking at other projects that he can do. Wonderful job

David came by to give an estimate 4 days after my initial call. He called the evening before to confirm. Arrived promptly, spent a comfortable amount of time talking about the job, gave an estimate at the end of the visit. Told me they could do all the work in one day. The job involved driving his bucket truck up a neighbor's driveway into their back parking area. He was very cognizant of inconvenience to the neighbors and assured me that his crew would stop work if anyone needed to get in or out. Trouble arrived in the form of an ice storm. The work needed to be rescheduled. We arranged a new time. He called the night before to confirm. They arrived about 15 minutes later than he estimated they would arrive, got to work immediately. The 3 small trees were gone in a matter of minutes. They started trimming the large tree while remainder of crew worked to take down (roll back) my fence to allow equipment to drive into my back yard. They checked with me repeatedly on which limbs and branches should be cut. The 3 large trees were close together and were taken down pretty much at the same time. I had asked to keep a log from each tree for a woodworking project. The crew good naturedly set aside the logs, checking with me as to the suitability of each one. The stumps were ground, yard cleaned up, fence replaced in amazing short order. Entire job was completed between 8:15 am and 3 pm. About 3 minutes after they left I noticed that my fence gate, while completely functional, was hanging a bit lop sided. I called the office, hoping I could catch them before they left the area. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I called back a few hours later to tell them not to bother coming back as I had decided once the vegetation grew back it would be fine. Nevertheless, David showed up 3 days later - IN THE RAIN - and adjusted my gate. My only problem was the tracks left in my backyard from the heavy equipment. That was not their fault. My backyard is apparently even softer than I - or they - had realized. It now looks like a very wrinkled rug. I'll need to figure out how to fix that - an unanticipated job. But I would have had them take the trees down even if I knew that was going to happen as the trees were past their natural span of years and were deteriorating fast. The only suggestion I would have would be for David to have some recommendation on how to fix this sort of problem. I can't be the only one this has happened to.

I would use them again. Person at office was very courteous. I had to wait several weeks before they could come to my house, but mine was not an emergency and I have found that A-rated people are worth the wait. We also received 5% off using an Angie's List coupon.

Every thing went very well. He was on time and finished in a timely manner. He was very friendly and professional. Great customer service!

Took out tree from back yard and grinded stump! Good job, good price!

Provider arrived with crew. Moved all objects. Cut down tree without damaging roof or sunroom. Removed all debris. Vaccumed up all leaves and sawdust. Blew off roof, driveway, walkway, front porch and sidewalk. Replaced every object that was moved. Very thorough and professional.

Entire operation was surgical.....no wasted motions.....all mechanized equipment was sized and prepped to perform as expected... Would I consider seeking the svcs of PTS again ?? .............. in a heartbeat........numero uno.......and, would I recommend PTS to others whose association I value .............. absolutely, without any reservations ...... PTS solved impediments for me that were clearly beyond my personal capabilities ....... which is exactly what I had bargained for ....... a value for value exchange ..... that makes PTS a resource ..... I have now experienced clear reason to place reliance on them with comfort....

Went great! Due to begin in the morning, they called afternoon before asking if they could come on then and get started. EARLY!!! The crew were all courteous and professional. Ground the stump. Everything cleaned up, hauled off and only difference before and after is no tree. Recommend highly.

New to the area and needed a couple of trees removed. Angie's List anfd Tree Svc came through. I had never needed tree work before and didn't know what to expect. Was a bit surprised at the estimate, but when I saw hiw much work was involved and how EXCELLENTLY performed it was, I not only understood, but am delighted. David is a great guy to work with and his crew is professional and thorough. I was fascinated watching them. Little commnication was necessary as everyone mived in an almost choreographed way. Look, I can write a LOT about how satisfied I am with the work done by PTS, so I'll save you having to read so much. IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF TREE WORK DONE, THESE ARE THE GUYS TO DO IT. PERIOD!

He provided prompt free estimate, was very professional and showed up in the estimated time frame he gave us. All work was completed as promise, including clean up. They were careful not to damage irrigation system. All the workers were courteous and professional. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again.

Very professional and cleaned up afterward. You never knew they had been there except for the trees looking great! That's my mark of a true professional...they clean up after themselves and haul away the mess. At first I thought they were a little pricy, but after I saw their equipment and how they did the work, I could better understand the price.

Well, their response time was not as fast as I would have liked since I said I wanted this done as soon as possible. Secondly, they showed up to the house without letting me they were coming. Thirdly, they were entirely too expensive for me. Needless to say they were not awarded the job.

I contacted David to get a quote on removing 2 trees from my property. He gave me a quote and told me to call back when I made a decision. Because of his busy work schedule it looked like it would be sometime in September until he could be out. He happened to have completed a job in my area and asked if I was available for his crew to come over and take down my trees. He came when he said he would and in a little over an hour both trees and stumps were gone and he was on his way. Very professional experience, I will use him again in the future.

I spoke to the office on Tuesday and was told I would be contacted on Thursday with an appointment time on Friday. I reached out again on Thursday and was told I would receive a call to schedule for the next day. Approximately 7:00pm on Thursday I received a voicemail indicating that they were too busy to come out to my home. The message also stated that the receptionist was not aware of their workload. Further, the message stated that I could contact them again when they are less busy when it begins to cool down. I would not use this service based on having to wait for an appointment, their failure to make the appointment and telling me that I could call back later.

Ther person who came to our house was frinedly, helpful, and very professional. We have not yet had the trees cut due to some unforseen financial hardship - but when we do this is who we will call. Even without having been contracted to do the work; and knowing we were getting several quotes, they e-mailed me with some suggestions for trees that would do well in our setting. I was very impressed. I was initally concerned that the fee for grinding the stump wa a bit high - but after two other services failed to even show up to do a quote and did not even respond to phone calls, I became even more impressed with this one.

I could not be more pleased with their service!!! The clean up was AMAZING - I think the outside of the house looked better when they left than when they arrived! They were prompt, courteous, professional, quick - I can go on and on. And they even beat their own time-frame as to when the work could be completed. I will use them again in the future, and will recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you!!!

I have used him multiple times. He is really good. He is professional as well. You generally can't even tell they were here after they leave. My neighbor has also used him for services and was just as pleased as I was.

Service was excellent. They did what they promised to and were very courteous. I asked about an extra small job, and David said he would do it at no charge. Now that's service. It started to pour and they kept working and finished the job. I can highly recommend Professional Tree Service.

David was prompt and efficient with giving us a quote, taking time to answer all our questions. Additionally - on the day of the service (which was easily scheduled) his crew was friendly and quite impressive to watch. It was like watching an acrobatic show as they ran ropes, climbed trees and removed the monstrosities that stood next to our house. When it was done you could barely tell they had even been here. Considering we have a significant amount of landscaping in our yard that was quite a feat. Would definitely consider them again.

They came, did the work, cleaned up everything to include the streets. Awesome job!
