We called for an appointment last week and Mr. Sparkle's schedule was already filled for the week, so we scheduled it for yesterday. He came promptly yesterday morning and did an excellent job and charged a reasonable price for two good-sized rooms. He has cleaned carpets for us many times over the years in our own home and in a rental house. His cleaning the dirty carpets in a rental house for us some years ago saved the carpets and made the rental house look fresh. He has always done excellent work and charged reasonable prices. We highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future.

Sam is very nice but I noticed that he finished very quickly for such a large amount of carpet that needed to be cleaned. The carpet was very wet and when I ran my hand over the surface of the carpet it was still covered in dog hair. The stains looked as if they were gone but when the carpet dried all of the stains were back. It was a waste of 250.00. I called another company two months later and they spent twice as long and pretreated all the stains. I was pleased to discover the stains were gone.

I was satisfied with the price. I actually paid less than what was originally quoted, which was very nice. Overall, the carpet looks good. The stains seem to be removed.

We had heard that Brian Wyatt is one of the best carpet cleaners in Columbia, and this certainly turns out to be true.He is a total pro who took a couple of areas that we thought would need replacement and brought them back to life.He is well organized and is a total pro. We will call him again whenever we need carpet cleaning.

He stretched and cleaned my carpet 5 years ago....Great job..So when some of my carpet needed to be cleaned again..I callled Premier..great job... on time , reasonable

He's very good, and very careful and very thorough. He's also very pleasant.
