Looks good except they put in the wrong color. They did not fill In all the sand for the patio.

Much more quickly than I thought and the crew installed it perfectly. I will get a price for lawn sprinkler installation from Precision soon.

Very poor customer service. Installed pavers of different tones this is very apparent when patio is wet. Initially stated job will take 5 days it lasted three weeks. Average quality, will not hire again.

It looks very nice. The only problem was that they did not show how to light the fire pit. When emailing them, they never responded. It was hard to get in touch with them.

The landscaping initially seemed satisfactory, passed inspection. Irrigation valves were not installed as requested and one failed after about 6 months. Many of the drip irrigation joints started leaking and needed repair over the Summer. Six of the expensive Palmetto palm trees, and several of the smaller shrubs, did not recover after the initial planting - we tried to contact Mike Duke by several methods to have the the trees and shrubs replaced while they were under the one year warranty. We received no response via email or phone calls. Having contacted a mutual client of the contractor, we did receive an email from Mr Duke to say that they would replace the trees/plants in Fall of 2015 Needless to say, several emails and phone messages followed in the Fall months to try and establish a schedule for the replacement -- all without response. We finally sent a registered letter to the Landscaper requesting that he please fulfil his contractual obligations -- No response ! Yet another landscaper that over-promises and under delivers, buyer beware.

Precision Landscaping was able to transform my vision into reality. They removed "tired" trees/bushes and replaced them with cypress trees, palm trees, windmill palms, olive tree, and knock-out roses which set the scene for the beautiful paver patio they laid. My back yard is now a secluded paradise for relaxing and/or family get-togethers. Precision also installed a fence to enclose my back yard - the quality of work was superb. Mike (brick expert extraordinaire) is a perfectionist - each brick was laid with care - he didn't lay a single brick that he was not pleased with, either color or quality. Each day, they left the "work area" spotless and at the end of the job, they restored the grass areas that were run over with equipment. I was confident with their ability throughout the 3-4 week transformation because of their competent team and clear communication from Mike. I found the group to be very flexible and able to accommodate my every request. It was exciting for me to watch my initial "very general" vision become more specific as we reviewed together the purpose of the space and the "look" I was attempting to achieve. Precision's expertise provided me with direction on the best materials/plants to use for my purposes. They are a complete package - Knowledgeable, Skilled, Professional, Reliable, and Exceptional Quality of work. Thank you Precision for my little piece of Paradise!!!

Nothing to tell because we never began. As soon as I mentioned contract, scope of work, terms, etc., it was like I was regarded as a customer risk.

They were terrific in a number of different ways. First, their communication is excellent. Josh, our contact, always would call back or e-mail with prompt follow up on questions. They came to the yard with an enormous crew and all the machinery they needed. At one time I counted at least 10 people on the job. Whenever they come, they seem to have a crew leader who knows what he is doing and seems interested in doing what is needed. They do a complete job; for example, when they cleaned up all the gum balls that had fallen they not only blew off our deck but even climbed onto our roof and cleaned that off as well.
