+ -1 moreThings went great. John immediately contacted me and set up a time to review the job. He got to work and created a reasonable and fair detailed estimate which made decisions easier to make. He ordered materials and upon their arrival commenced the project and stayed on it to completion. John is easy to work with, has good help, and exercises good communication with the owner. We would definitely hire Phoenix Designs of South Carolina again.
Description of Work: A total re-do of our foyer staircase. Installed new posts, railings , and balusters. Installation of wainscoting panels in the foyer and up the staircase. Also some chair rail and crown molding.
