ceramic tile, flooring contractor

Description of Work: Palmetto Pro Floors promptly provided a reasonable estimate and good explanation of the work to be done. They competed our porcelain tile floor project of about 500 sf on time and with a high quality of craftsmanship. The palmetto Pro team prepped our concrete slab and installed 18 x 18 tile in basement den, bedroom and bath. Theyworked with us to schedule project when we needed it done. Only improvement I would make would be in format of written estimate; was an unformatted email, and for submission for insurance claim, more detail and professional-looking quote would be helpful.
