Description of Work: The proposal (written) for cleaning my house received on 4/25/16 from Palmetto Pressure Clean included removing the black streaks from my gutters. We also discussed the removal of the black streaks (tiger stripes) from the gutters when I called them on 4/25/16 to discuss the proposal for house cleaning. When the Palmetto guys arrived on 5/3/16 to do the work, one of the crew members said that they might not be able to remove black streaks on the gutters without removing the paint. I told them I did not want the work done if the they couldn't clean the gutters as proposed. The crew tried to remove the black streaks from a section of gutter (twice) but some of the streaking remained. The guy said that trying more than twice would probably remove the paint. I then told him that I was no longer interested in the house cleaning. James [Thomason] with Palmetto called me within the hour and attempted to explain that removal of the black streaks may not be possible without damaging the paint on the gutters. After a discussion, my questions/statements were simple and to the point (1) Why was this not discussed with me at the time Palmetto proposed and priced the work (on 4/25/16) when we specifically discussed removal of the black streaks/tiger stripes? (Palmetto came to my house to view the house and provide the proposal); (2) Waiting for over a week for Palmetto services they couldn't perform as agreed left me very unsatisfied with the whole experience. On a bright side, the Palmetto guys that arrived to do the work were very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: The overall service went very well and we were satisfied with the results. Included pressure washing of gutters, stucco surrounds, garage door and front entrance way. When they came out to do the estimate, they told us the process might not take the red clay stain off the stucco surrounds. The gutters looked brand new afterwards, their process took all the black streaks off the gutters, the garage door looked great. The red clay stains did not come off the stucco surrounds, as we were told the stains might not. The only minor glitch was the hanging outside light over the front door entrance way sizzled and all four light bulbs pooped when I turned the light on that evening. I called their representative and told them to brief their guys to be careful when pressure washing around light fixtures. I was happy with their service and would use them again.

Description of Work: Palmetto Pressure Clean washed the outside of my home, sprayed the windows, sprayed off the deck, power washed the walkway and sprayed out my screened in porch. They were able to make an appointment for me within several days following my call and quote. This was a bit more than I was expecting to pay for this service, but I have to say they did a great job and my home looks great.

Other than that, I would still use them in the future. | |When Palmetto Pressure contacts you they would like to know if there are any focused areas that need attention to. I failed to mention an area. This may have been an oversight on their part while cleaning. Other than that, I like their services. My home is white and tends to last about one year and half to two years before needing any services. | |I was and am satisfied. I give them a "thumbs up."

Description of Work: Washed entire home and extra large deck. They did a great job; the staff was prompt, professional, pleasant, and worked non-stop and cleaned up. They do exactly what you ask so make sure you think to mention everything that you would like cleaned. I did think that they were a bit pricey, but the house and deck look much better! I would definitely recommend them and would contract them again.

+ -1 moreI wanted to have my house pressure washed before other construction work was done, or have to wait weeks later for the other jobs to "cure." When I called Dustin I only had two days left, but got a pleasant surprise when he said he could come the next day. (I found out later he and his crew had just finished a big job at an apartment complex, and he had given the crew a long weekend to rest. He took on my house because he could do it alone, and he was willing to help me out.) He arrived on time the next morning, neatly dressed and ready to work. It took him about 4-1/2 hours to do the house (exactly the amount of time he had estimated), and he worked virtually non-stop. When he was done, the house was shiny with cleanliness, and there was no lawn litter or any other indication that work had been done. All in all, a beautiful job! Dustin was easy to work with throughout, very professional. After I first called, he made an effort to come out quickly to give me an estimate because of the short timeframe, his estimate was right on, his work was excellent, and I am completely satisfied with the whole transaction.
Description of Work: Dustin Cook, the owner, pressure washed my whole house to remove mold, mildew, dirt, grime, bugs, etc., including the front porch ($195.00) and the screened patio in back ($25.00). Not only did he remove the patio furniture for me (I am disabled), but as a kindness he also washed down the wicker frames of the excess pollen that had defied the efforts of my cleaning help. Such consideration was much appreciated.

+ 0 moreI have a large house and Palmetto Pressure Clean made the outside of my house cleaner than I have ever seen it! I was particulary impressed with the gutter cleaning service. Another company I used in the past had told me that there was no way to get your gutters clean. Boy, were they wrong! My gutters were sparkling after Palmetto Pressure cleaned them. Another advantage of this company is the low pressure system they use. I did not see any areas where paint flaked off from the cleaning. Impressive. My only complaint is the price which seemed high. But since my house is so clean, I can honestly say, you get what you pay for!

+ 0 moreEverything was incredible. It has been years since I have seen a contractor take such pride in his work and do such a wonderful job. My wife thought it would have been a waste of money to have the house cleaned, but she was astonished when she saw the end result. She even commented that our house looked as though it had been repainted. I will definitely be having him back to clean the roof at a later date.

Description of Work: Dustin actually came out to our house two times, once to gutter clean, and then later, to power wash the exterior of our home. He is the utmost professional and was punctual arriving for the jobs. He had my husband check the house after he was done to make sure we were satisfied.

+ -1 moreIt was a big job. They came-out despite the rain, and did a very good job. Derrick came-out for the estimate and arrived right on time. He also did the work and again, came as scheduled. I couldn't have asked for things to have turned out better.
Description of Work: We have a two-story brick home with wood trim on two ends (a very extensive area). They cleaned all of the brick and wood areas that had mildew and mold build-up.

+ -1 moreDustin showed up to do the estimate when he said he would. He gave me a written estimate. I gave him the go ahead and he was able to schedule me 4 days from there. He arrived to do the job with his helper in the time frame he stated. After he completed, he left the invoice and called. After I called him back to arrange payment, he informed me that my neighbor was so impressed with the work, that she also got an estimate and hired him for her roof. He came back 2 days later to do that and that's when I noticed the level of care they also provide. While they clean your roof, there's a bit of run off debris going down the gutters. He places a bag at the bottom of your downspout to collect this debris in order to avoid it washing out on your lawn. I also noticed the care to which they move their hose around the landscaping as to not destroy it. They certainly seem to respect your property as if it were their own. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for any service they provide.

I was amazed when they were finished, as Dustin and his helper were very fast and through. Dustin asked me to walk around the house to make certain he had met my expectations. I have nothing but rave reviews for this young owner...respectful, very knowledgeable, and onbe of the nicest people I have met. If you are wanting an exceptional service for a very affordable price, do yourself an enormous favor and hire this company. I couldn't be more pleased. I will use Dustin's company annually, no exceptions!
Description of Work: Dustin, the owner and his helper came to remove stains on my roof caused by a mold using the soft-wash method I had researched on the internet, which is far less damaging and abrasive to one's roof. He then proceeded to soft-wash the siding and gutters...again, far less harsh and abrasive to the siding and gutters than statndard pressure washing.

Dustin was courteous and acted professionally. The quality of work was very good. I will use him again, if/when we need similar services in the future.

+ -1 moreCalled for an estimate on Friday. Dustin was nearby and was able to come by within an hour to give me an estimate. He returned the following Tuesday morning as planned to do the work. Dustin's work is most professional, the completed job is better than I had expected. My house was badly soiled by mold and mildew, the back deck under a Bradford Pear tree was stained from the fruit that had fallen last fall. My gutters were also in bad shape from stains. When Dustin finished it was like my house had been repainted! I am very satisfied with the work and the price charged.
Description of Work: Cleaned mold, mildew from entire outside of house including front and back decks also cleaned roof.

I was able to schedule a follow-up visit to get the work done quickly and easily. He arrived on time and helped me to empty out a back porch and further prepare the area. He was friendly and courteous. The work was done quickly (half the time of another pressure washer that I used previously) and I was pleased with how clean everything was after the treatment. It was a big difference. Afterward, I asked him a question about cleaning the tennis courts. He followed up by going to look at the courts in our subdivision, doing research with a company in Florida about how to do it and writing me a letter to confirm all of this. I was very impressed.
Description of Work: Pressure-cleaned house (vinyl siding), gutters, sidewalks and driveway. Also secured a couple of places where vinyl siding was loose.
