PALMETTO PRESSURE CLEAN

My father is older and I pay to have his house washed each year. I called Dustin and they were able to give me a quote over the phone since they had cleaned it the previous year. I made a few modifications of what I wanted them to clean. There are some water availability issues at my father's house and they were able to accommodate those restrictions easily. I was present for the cleaning and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous and showed up perfectly on time. They worked very hard to clean an aluminum carport that was pretty dirty. It is obvious these guys know what they are doing and they were a pleasure to deal with. The house looked great and the walkway was clear of the slick slime that was on it and is now much safer. Will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone or call them again next year. Thanks guys!

I have a vinyl sided house that had some green mold/mildew and had not been cleaned in a number of years. Given the amount of rain we had this summer even the foundation was green and the walkway was nearly black. I called and Dustin came out the same day to give me an estimate. I did not even have to be there. I gave him a call the next day and set up an appointment for the following week. They performed the cleaning while I was at work. The house, walk way, and driveway looked amazing when I got home. Other than a clean house I did not see any sign of them having been there. Nothing was disturbed or out of place. No trash or trampled shrubs and plants. Very pleased with the job they did and how they did it. Will only them again in the future.

They called to let me know they would be a little late. The crew arrived when they said they would. The truck and equipment they used was designed specifically for the work. They did an excellent job. They completed the job when they said they would. I am please with the result. I will likely use them again.

Did excellent job. Quick to provide an estimate and schedule work. The two young men who came out to perform the work were professional and hard working. Cleaned up well upon job completion.

I called the company and a rep came out the next day to give me a price. I agreed to the quote and the job was scheduled for the following week. The two-man crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. I had been cleaning the siding for several years and never got it looking anywhere close to the way it looks now. I enjoy going out and looking up at my clean gutters that have NO mildew now. I will certainly use them again.

I contacted Palmetto Pressure Clean for an estimate which they provided. The came as scheduled and did a fantastic job of pressure washing my home. I had bad mildew on one side of the house which looked as good as new when then finished. The results were much better than what I expected!

They create a good relationship so they remind me each year that it is time to get my house cleaned again. They showed up when they said and they do a good job. The price is reasonable. They get it done pretty quickly. It only took 1 1/2 hours. This is the second year I've used them.

All I can Say is WOW, WOW, WOW. My House Never looked so Good. It's like New. Palmetto Pressure Washers did an Excellent Job. They responed to my call immediately and came to the house the sameday to give an estimate and set up a day to come and do the job. They were right on time and right on target. My House looks better than when I first bought it. I though I had permanent stains on our porch, No.I just can't believe how clean my house is.

The estimator came out as scheduled to look at the house and give me prices for the different services they offer. Within a few days the crew arrived to do the work that was agreed upon. All work was performed as planned and I was very happy with the finished work.

I contacted them because they were part of the Chamber of Commerce. We had a death in the family in Arkansas and was gone at the time they were to come out, I asked them to go ahead as scheduled and they did. When we returned home it was late at night and I just kept looking at the driveway, could not believe how white it was (even in the dark). I didn't realize how gray it had become. The next day I took a look at the house and it too was like a new house. They did an excellent job and (as a matter of fact) I've been going to call them to do the driveway again as soon as all the leaves and acorns are gone.

A week after the quote they arrived on time to confirm the work before proceeding. Upon finishing, they allowed customer inspection & approval. The work quality was excellent, my house is now sparkling clean & dazzling - prettiest on the block!

Very professional, prompt, and courteous. Started on time, took great care to wrap items that needed to be protected from the spray. Did a very thorough job cleaning and removing debris from the gutters. Treated the roof stains, and looks great. Did a thorough job on all house surfaces, including windows, and doors. Moved heavy items on deck and cleaned under and around. Did an amazing job on our very long tree shrouded driveway. Brick on the fireplaces and front stairs look new again. Even cleaned the deck furniture after I asked, as it had not been discussed prior to estimate. Very pleased with Dustin and his crew. Will have them back for maintenance.

I thought the price was reasonable for the work performed. I will say that the crew was one of most professional teams that I have dealt with. They wore breathing masks; they sprayed off my shrubs as the cleaning solution was comiing off my roof; they were quick and on time. The roof looks great. I would definitely use them again.

I have a large steep roof with many eaves that were filled with leaves and pine straw. Dustin provided me with a very competitive price and his crew completed the work 2 days later. The eaves and gutters are now free of debris and the roof looks like new. I will use Palmetto Pressure Clean annually to maintain my home. Thank you, Dustin for a job well done.

Contacted them by phone and they were very prompt and professional. They came out to the property and provided an estimate within a day. Scheduled the actual service for about a week later based on my schedule. We had some special requirements that they were able to accommodate easily. Specifically, we requested that they bring enough of their own water to do the whole job. This was because the well on the property could not handle the amount of water needed. The staff that came out were very professional, courteous, and efficient. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They got the job done well and were gone within about an hour. We were very pleased with the results and will be the first ones we call when we need pressure washing services again.

After initially contacting Palmetto Pressure Clean, I was provided with a written estimate. Lana followed up with an email explaining the estimate and making sure I did not have any additional questions. After hiring Palmetto Pressure Clean, Lana scheduled an appointment in a timely fashion. On the day of the cleaning, the team assigned to my house was running late and called me to let me know what time they would arrive. The men cleaning my house arrived when the phone call said they would, and they immediately introduced themselves to me. David went over what he would be cleaning and made sure the work he was going to perfom matched what I was expecting. David looked extremely professional in a Palmetto Pressure Clean polo shirt and Khaki shorts--no ratty t-shirts for this company! David and his co-worker were extremely careful in moving my patio furniture, flower pots and even my son's shell collection off the back patio. The team worked for over 2 hours on our house and even though it was a Friday afternoon, they did not rush or cut corners. Our shed was looking green and moldy on the exterior and now it looks new. I really appreciate working with a company that shows up on time, does what it says it will, and is professional. Palmetto Pressure Clean could write a handbook on customer service!

The young man that came to the house, Dustin, was clean cut (dressed nicely) and courteous. He explained exactly what would be done. We talked about oil spots in the driveway, he was honest that they would not come completely up. An estimate was given while he was here. The crew showed up on time (I was called out of town but my son was here). Even though it was the middle of the night when I got home my driveway and sidewalks were so clean I just couldn't keep from looking at them. I had no idea how moldy and mildewy they were. Even though there was only one part of the house (siding) that I thought really needed powerwashing, that simply wasn't so. I just keep walking around looking at how clean and bright the siding, brick and concrete is. Very pleased.
