Joy called to confirm an appointment for 5pm today it’s 6.17 and she hasn’t showed up! Tried to call her no answer, this would have been her third visit to our home. First time she came with the parts and the tv did not work she called to schedule an apppointment we agreed 2 hours later she called again to say the part hasn’t arrived she has to cancel. She called today and schedule for 5pm it’s coming up to 6.20 no show. I have no confidence in this lady and the company she works for. Our tv is 14 months old and is faulty for about a month now still awaiting for it to be fixed! You buy the extra warranty to have peace of mind but all we get is aggravation and people who has no manners or work ethics.

10/10/2018 We are unsure where this anger is coming from but suspect it is due to a misunderstanding of the repair process. The facts of this warranty repair case are that the original complaint was that the remote was not working, which is usually due to the IR sensor not reading the infrared signal from the remote, a faulty remote, or bad communication between the main control board and the IR sensor. Sometimes a stuck or dirty TAC switch control board can interfere with the communication process of the main and IR sensor, but that is unusual unless the home is dirty and not well kept. The initial parts replaced were the main board and IR sensor and the tv was working but still had a remote issue. However when tested, the signals were not faulty. We taught you how to use the cable remote to circumvent the problem until it was resolved. We then diagnosed the problem as possibly the TAC switch control board that may have been holding down the IR sensor and main so we ordered the TAC control board and replaced at the second appointment, it as well and tested both remotes which were emitting the IR signal properly. The actual cause of the remote issue and your problem was that you failed to properly pair the remote to the tv and updrage the firmware update. Now, you are attempting to fraudulently manipulate your warranty service to be held responsible for your mistake (in America, this is called fraud). As far as the rescheduled appointment yesterday, we do apologize that the hurricane force flooding and weather conditions caused us to be tardy, but WE DID CALL to reschedule with the person with whom the warranty is held, [Member Name Removed], and we have been communicating with him, whom then stated you all would be out of town until Monday, so a reschedule appointment was made for Monday. This warranty is not yours and you have no stand here trying to manipulate the system with your issues. You need to communicate with your husband to understand the reality of the situation is that we are attempting to help you, and you need to not be so quick to SLANDER and attack, based on the other issues you are facing in life. We don't deserve your unwarranted personal attacks and you will be hearing from our attorney soon. We will only speak with [Member Name Removed] from here on.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE! They took my TV and refused to return it. They failed to pay a court ordered judgement.
Description of Work: I hired this business to repair my big screen TV. They took it to their shop and returned it several weeks later but it failed shortly after the return. I called for warranty service and they took the set back to the shop but then refused to return it demanding that I come and get it. It is a 65 inch unit far beyond my ability to transport. I filed a civil suit in magistrates court and obtained a judgement which they refuse to pay. They claim to have 250K inventory but they have no assets. I will continue to try and collect.

Now [Member Name Removed], let's be honest. YOU REFUSED TO PICK UP YOUR TV! We held it for you for 4 months, it was repaired and since you were too lazy to come get it you lied to the judge saying we stole it. I brought it with me to court to give to you and you refused to take it. You did not understand your system, and when there is no input plugged into the tv, it WILL shut down. You were brutally mean and hostile from the start and this was over a year ago. The manufacturer made your tv not us, we are sorry you are mad that it failed but we DID repair it, you just refused to pay for the service call and refused to come to our shop to get your tv. We value our customers fully but we do not consider you one of them. Liars don't prosper and we don't appreciate the time you have wasted of ours on your false endeavors. Please pursue this as we will bring all your threatening phone calls and texts to us and we will return with a harassment/slander lawsuit.

They had it done withon the hour!!! By the time i arrived home from dropping both tvs off. They were calling me to tell me they were both done and i ccould pick them up. I will never take my tv repair issues to anyone else. They are awesome!!!!
Description of Work: I needed both big screen tvs fixed. I asked how long it would take to repair an entire motherboard and my coacle output. They said it would at least be done by the end of the day........ so i was thinking pretty good right.

Prompt and friendly service! We were able to bring the TV in right away & they had it done before an hour's time, which is what they had quoted. The TV worked perfectly after that, which they demonstrated for us before we left so we didn't have to worry about anything once we got the TV home. They even went above & beyond by programming the channels for us which they did not have to do, and gave us an extra connector piece for the cable in order to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. We also felt that the price was very fair considering the parts, the repair itself, & their time. We were extremely satisfied customers! Would definitely use them again without hesitation, & highly recommend them!
Description of Work: We needed the coaxial cable port replaced as the original one had broken off on an otherwise perfectly functioning TV.
