MISTY JONES CLEANING SERVICES

I've been using this company for about 2 months. The first time I was very satisfied, but each visit afterwards showed less and less effort. Most furniture was just dusted around, mirrors and glass surfaces were most often left with noticable streaks. The furniture polish used left oily, wet surfaces because they weren't wiped down enough. Blinds, fans, window sills never dusted. (Except for one blind, one time.) Today was the worst! Upstairs dusting was almost unnoticable, ashtrays weren't emptied, small trash cans not emptied, bed was not changed (even though the clean linen was set out). I tried to phone her about these problems, but I have yet to receive a return phone call. I've spent more time going behind them than they spent here cleaning!

First we spoke on the phone, then Misty came out to our home to discuss what we were looking for and provide us with an estimate. Since then she has been cleaning our home every other week and we have been completely satisfied.

These folks are professional, detail oriented and courteous. We highly recommend them.
