Midlands Hardwood and Tile

Tile is uneven and coming away from wall. Asked them to fix and they have never come back. Unreliable. Terrible work.

We wanted heated floors in master bath. They laid the wire then cut it and laid the tile over the floor. They told us to get our electrician to hook it up. Apparently you're not supposed to cut the wire. Water in the shower pooled in areas and the same is true for the floor on an outside balcony. They told us it would take 4 days to complete the work. I thought he meant 4 consecutive days, not 1 day a week for 4 weeks. I'm surprised to see they are still in business

In a word, terrible. Damaged the hardwoods in the adjacent room by dropping tools and then not admitting to the damage. Threatened to walk off the job when we said "no" they couldn't go to another job site on the 3rd day of a 2-day estimate job. Water "pools" in the shower. Cracks & mold in the grout. Corner cuts show everywhere and the tile cutting and placement in gernal was horrible. You can tell they had no idea what they were doing. Bill Lewis and his brother are dishonorable people with below average craftsmanship - end of story.
