Description of Work: Purchased new mattress and bedding. Very professional and good explanation of products. Nancy is a real professional and knows the products she sells very well. Maybe not the cheapest in town but the entire staff is very good and fulfills all promises made and everything is done when promised. Very satisfied with their products and service.

 + -1 moreAlthough it's common for mattress companies to deliver mattresses, these people went out of their way to help and please us. They made good on their sales promise to take back a mattress that didn't work out, they gave us full credit against the TempurPedic mattress, and they did so cheerfully and without any problems. We are totally pleased with their customer service, honesty, and attitude. The store we patronized is on St. Andrews in Irmo.
Description of Work: We purchased a TempurPedic mattress from them and they delivered it when they said they would, set it up and showed us some important details about it.

 + -1 moreOur buying experience was at the Michaelis on Two Notch Road. We were greeted promptly, shown the products we inquired about, encouraged to try the mattresses by sitting and laying on them. Our sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a few moments to talk privately as we were making our buying decision. When we are ready for more bedroom furniture, we will definitely go back to this store. The store also has art prints of Clemson and South Carolina scenes including stadium scenes and fan pictures.
Description of Work: We purchased a queen-sized bed for our mother-in-law suite in our new home. The sales representative helped us choose an appropriate product inside our price range and organized delivery of the mattress for the following day.

 + 0 moreI first visited Michaelis to see their selection of bedroom furniture that would be suitable for a small bedroom. They had a wide variety of options from which to select. I decided to order a headboard and footboard and bedside stand for a vacation home. The furniture arrived in a very timely manner. I am still deciding whether or not to order an additional bedroom piece - a chest. I was told that if I should decide to order this piece in the future, the cost of the chest would be discounted as if I purchased a bedroom suite. The experience of working with their sales assistant was most helpful and pleasant.
Description of Work: I purchased two bedroom items for a small bedroom at a vacation home. The items were ordered and arrived in a timely manner. The merchant has agreed to hold these items in their warehouse until we are able to take them to the beach.

 + -1 moreIt was a great experience and I recommend this mattress company to anyone.
Description of Work: I bought a tempurpedic cloud mattress from this company. They have good hours, and very reasonable prices. They had to charge me retail for the mattress but threw in $200 worth of pillows and didn't charge me sales tax ($160). So I ended up getting basically 360 off the mattress (18%) discount--pretty good, considering I have heard that all these mattresses sell at the same price no matter where you buy them. They were not pushy about making the sale. The only thing i wish is that they had more in stock. I had to wait a week for another truck load to come in before delivery, and they only deliver to 6pm. Maybe they should offer more flexible delivery and keep more in stock, but over all it was a great experience and I recommend this mattress company to anyone.
