Messmasters Cleaning Service

My first contact with this service provider was the first of July; we scheduled a window cleaning. She "text" me 2 days before the job was supposed to be done and said it was going to be too humid to do the windows. We rescheduled. Again, the day before the job, she "text" and said that her car had been stolen and she was going to be dealing with that. We rescheduled again. THIS TIME, the day before the job, she "text" - it was going to be to humid again. We rescheduled again. THIS TIME, the day before the job at 10:30 p.m., she "text" - her landlord pressure-washed her house that morning and she sprained her ankle and couldn't make it. We rescheduled one last time. It is the morning of the job - September 28th (2 1/2 months from the original appointment ) - she "text" and said that 2 of the crew members couldn't make it and she couldn't find a replacement.. A little background: I had prepaid for this service through one of the Web sites that advertise and help promote local businesses. She had already been paid for this service too. I wasn't real excited about that, but I did get my money back, and the people from the Web site were extremely nice. Long and short, don't use this service. Wish I had been a member of Angie's list before all that. Gotta run. Somebody's got to clean these windows.
