It was quite devastating to find out that we had bed bugs. Then to find out exactly what we had to do to get rid of them. Rick was very professional, nice and walked us through the whole process. I was quite upset and he was always there to answer all of our questions. It took a little longer than normal to rid of them completely but he came back as many times as we needed him at no cost. So far so good and we haven't seen any bugs and it has been a couple of months. Best of all he was very discreet. I would definitely use him again. Oh..and the key is to listen to him and do as he instructs because those little buggers aren't going to be gone if you don't.

Same day service with a smile. God has blessed us over the past year and one of those blessings came today when Rick came to our home. We discussed the issues with my home (too numerous to dictate) and then did an initial treatment. My wife and I have neglected the pest issues in our home for almost a year since my incident at work has disabled me. Rick was able to solve our problems, teach my son and I what to look for and how to prevent further issues, and then put us on a reasonable quarterly treatment program. All in all, you expect 5 stars for someone that does their job. If there was a sixth star for extra effort and customer satisfaction, I'd give it to Rick. Rick is great to work with. He was always very prompt about responding to texts and emails. He always let me know when he was coming and came when he said he would. He kept me up-to-date on all the progress throughout the visits. I now have him under contract!

The man who came out was friendly, explained everything thoroughly, plenty of extra help but they were pretty expensive.

I live in a wooded area and have been using Lamps Pest Control quarterly for almost two years. I particularly get a lot of ants and mosquitos. I have only had wonderful and consistent results from this company. Rick works with my schedule and customizes the right treatment for my home from visit to visit. I have been using Rick's service for about 6 months now. He has been very courteous, professional and flexible during his routine treatments. Good enough that I would continue to use him with no concerns. Like the previous reviewer, he was careful to explain all pros and cons with areas of treatment since we have two young children and dogs. His most recent service call was in response to signs of rodents in my garage. Rick came out the day after I called him, examined the garage, suggested a course of treatment, applied the treatment to the garage and attic, and didn't charge even though rodent treatment was not a part of the service I had purchased. Tremendous service!

I have Rick come out at least once a year for pest control maintenance. He knows his stuff and is very personable. With a 2 year old and a dog at home, he told me it is not necessary to spray inside the home. He sprays inside the garage and the perimeter of the house and it works great. I like that I don't have to sign a contract with him, though he does offer that.
