It turned out good. The price was very reasonable. I will use them again in the future.

They did a good job, and I don't have any complaints. They figure out the issue, and they replaced the part. I would use them again in the future.

The company is very good at what they do. They only use first class products. He uses all brass, and no junk. He also re-did the pipping underneath my kitchen sink . I would highly recommend them. This is the 3rd time that I have used them. He also gives seniors a 15% discount.

The worker was cordial and precise. He conducted himself professionally and asked if I had any questions regarding his work. This is the second time I have used the service. The week previous, they replaced my pressure tank under the house. Based on that experience, I obtained an annual service contract that includes a whole house inspection. That was also done very well. I would definitely recommend Kay Plumbing to anyone who needs service at their home. I will continue to use them myself.

Called at 8AM,was told man would arrive around 9:30. He arrived at 10:45 am.Installed faucet. Charged 254.00 which was to include a service agreement. The agreement was to include a check of the all the house plumbing within the next 10 days. Since that date I called three or four times to find out when they were coming and they do not return my calls. Some one answers the phone takes the message but no further return call from them is made

Overall they are trust worthy and dependable.

The service excellent. Matthew was the man that came out. He was very nice, and he was right on the money. The job was done on time, and he always showed up when he said he would. They were all very courteous and professional throughout, and I would recommend them.

When I called to schedule the appointment, I requested services from a particular individual who had been referred to me. Because I tried to schedule a particular individual, the repair had to wait several days until he was available. The day he was supposed to come, the company called and told me someone else would make the repair or I would have to wait several more days. Because I needed the repair done and had made special arrangements to be available, I had the repair made that day. The repair person arrived on time and quoted $350 to repair a slow drain. He did not use a snake but simply pulled hair out of the drain. In less than five minutes, the drain was operating normally.

I had my backflow preventer checked months ago by Konrad per county requirement. He did a thorough check and found that I had high water pressure. I already knew about the high pressure, but it was higher than I thought so I had him install a regulator. I purchased the yearly plan from Kay's Plumbing to get a better deal on this work and obtain the benefits of the yearly plan. Fast forward to August and I had loud noises and vibrations coming from the pipes under my house. I called Konrad out and he discovered that I had an old regulator in the buried water line leading to the house and the regulator was unmarked. This regulator had gone bad and was causing my vibration issues. Trust me, this was not an easy find by Konrad and he was even willing to consult with others when trying to diagnose the problem so as not to incur unnecessary costs! I appreciate that Konrad has always been quick to respond and willing to discuss his work with me. Kay's Plumbing prices also seem very fair to me.

It was pretty expensive. Felt kind of a rip off actually, then again I accepted it; so partially my fault. $600.00 for two faucets. They did provide a really good and quality service how ever their prices were too high. They were professional and cleanly. They were really nice people. I think they send out a plumber that is a sales person as well because as an online marketer myself I know when someone is selling or using marketing strategies on me. Either that or they're doing it unknowingly. However that said, Jason was great, it was an emergency and they came out right away so i give a good rating for that. I give him an A++ but the price was a little high. If you don't mind paying higher for faster service, then I'll let you decide. However if you're looking for the most competitive rate for your money and quality service combined, then no comments on that. Update -- Alright - so since the company's response to this was saying I was not being truthful, I will now reveal the actual costs. Earlier I was actually being nice about it, and wasn't going to be all detailed as I normally am but well now I'm thinking and quot;seriously?and quot;. So it's time to be a little realistic. On the quote itself - - 2 Washing Machine faucets and hoses - $688.00 - Shut off meter - $371.00 = $1059 But with the + $76 (10% off loyalty program) + $39 (for living social $100 off coupon) it was a lot cheaper as the response stated. So in reality, I actually spent well over $900 to be exact with the living social coupon, so that is not an understatement. In fact I put a lower amount there. But this also means if I didn't pay the loyalty program or the living social coupon, my costs would be the above. As an online marketing consultant, I understand all about customer loyalty programs, which are a great way for companies to create backend profits which I have nothing against - I think it's great that Kay offers these safety inspections and everything. Kay appears to be catering primarily to people that have a lot more money by providing a surperior service, which is fine. That said, I am going to be truthful in all the pros and all the cons and I'll let you decide on all the facts whether or not to use Kay Plumbing.

I liked the overall performance and there were no overall dislikes.

I have a service contract with him. He comes once a year and checks everything out thoroughly, and also comes out no charge for emergencies. He does a great job. He's punctual, resonably priced, reliable, honest and up-front. He can usually great. He's a master plumber who knows his stuff.

I NEVER DREAMED I WOULD GET SAME DAY RESPONSE, BUT I DID. KONRAD USED BOOTIES AND LEFT THE WORK AREA SPOTLESS. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING BEFORE THE WORK WAS STARTED. A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE IN A TIME OF NEED!

Konrad and his worker were thorough, courteous, professional, and we didn't have to clean-up after his work was done. Good estimate, including "what-ifs", book of clearly delineated prices. We bought an older (1937) home that had gone from being well-kept to a rental, so there was a mash-up of good and bad plumbing when we bought it. Konrad verified what the home inspector had reported and we came up with a plan to fix the most obvious problems over three visits. All three visits went exactly as promised.

Our water main broke on a Sunday so I called Kays that afternoon, as it claimed they were a 24/7 shop. They arrived quickly, informed me of the call fee (i forget what it was, either $50 or $75) and then proceed to help me locate the leak (which entailed me turning the water on long enough for it to gush water up). They then informed me that it would be $230 AN HOUR to dig. Seeing as how I already paid the on site fee, I told them to go ahead. They dug for maybe 5 - 10 minutes and then called me out to show me the leak. The pipe had burst at a right angle and a second pipe, an unused sprinkler system, was ruptured beside it (I find it hard to believe that the pick axe didn't play a part in a second pipe unused pipe bursting right next to the one in question). Before continuing on with the service, they gave me their estimate for the work. They charged me for half an hour (i guess they work in half hour increments!) of digging and to repair both pipes was going to be somewhere north of $430.00. Needless to say I told them no and did it my self, like I should have to begin with. They claimed their rates were less expensive on normal business hours, which I would expect, but $230 an hour to dig and over $200 to quickly mend 2 3/4" pipes is outrageous to me.

Perfect. Polite, clean, thorough, at a reasonable cost.

My experience was very good. He was very professional and clean. He cleaned up after himself and explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it. He made me feel very comforable and did a wonderful job.
