+ -1 moreJeff was able to diagnose what the problem was with our refrigerator without having to make a service call. He said that he has been working with appliances since he was a teenager and knew exactly what our problem was - without having to come out or charge us for a service call - since he knew our fridge can not be repaired and needs to be replaced. To Jeff: Thanks so much for not coming out simply to take our money and/or trying to scam us. Nice to know there are still good hearted people out there in the world. You will definitely be the first one we call if we ever need services again :)
Description of Work: Spoke with the owner, Jeff, over the telephone, who responded to my voice mail within 30 minutes. He asked me what the problem was with our Whirlpool refrigerator and specifically what it sounded like...I was puzzled, but described it to him.

+ -1 moreThey have been punctual in getting back with us. They seemed to be fair priced. They provided options. Like I could do this or replace that and this sort of thing. He has also given us some good referral in town, like for flooring, appliances and what not, even to buy anything. They were just helping all the way around.
Description of Work: I used J & K SVC to fix the heating element in my stove. They also previously repaired my dishwasher and refrigerator.
