+ -1 moreInnovative Woodworks did everything from the ground up. They hired the subcontractors who did the plumbing and electricity and also a tree guy to take down a diseased tree that was right where we wanted to build the addition. We also had the sewer line replaced and the electrical and cable TV cables buried at this time. The job took about two months, sometimes they would take another job as contractors tend to but they would always inform us ahead of time how many days they would be away. No complaints, would hire them again.
Description of Work: We had a 10x20 square foot addition built onto the back of our 80 year old house. This included a handicapped accessible bathroom and a combination laundry/storage room. They did all of the work, the foundation, framing, roof, drywall, tile and painting. We are very pleased with the results. Also had a tankless gas hot water heater installed. With the laundry room being moved, they remodeled the laundry alcove off the kitchen into a pantry with shelving.
