In a word: outstanding! All work was performed according to schedule. Rusty Daniels went the extra mile to answer numerous questions and made intelligent suggestions for handling problem areas, i.e., two roof dormers, sealing areas surrounding a sun porch, and correcting a long standing valley drainage problem. I was pleasantly surprised at the remarkable roof system improvements that replaced a 20-year roof. All beds surrounding the work were completely covered and negligible damage was done by falling old materials. The clean up was totally complete with no evidence that any work having occurred. Mr. Daniels periodically checked the work as it progressed and when completed. The roof looks good and has already sustained several heavy rainfalls with no leaks. We are very satisfied with the work. Heritage is a five star performer.

Rusty was prompt in coming out to look at the house after I called, and got back to me with the estimate promptly also. I appreciated their being able to get the job on their schedule within days. The work crew was efficient, courteous, and worked together well. They covered our shrubbery and deck with tarps to protect them during the work, and then cleaned up very thoroughly around the house when the job was done. Contractor arrived on time, removed old roofing shingles, cleaned up mess, installed new roofing shingles per GAF installation process, and cleaned up area around house again. The roof install crew did a excellent job with the installation and clean up. Roofing company white collar workers checked several times throughout the day on the install progress. The following day, roofing company management personnel came by to performed a final clean up check. He also picked up remaining shingles and left over roof vent materials.

He was very knowledgable about our metal roof and our chimney. I was impressed that he took care of us when we were in desperate need. We plan to have him come out to do additional work as needed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
