Description of Work: Husband was sick, needed ramp

Description of Work: I was looking on contractors.com for someone that repaired vinyl siding and saw this company. It was after 6:30 PM and didnt expect anyone to answere the phone but the owner picked up and I shared with him what I needed and he said ok, I will come in the morning and see exactly what you need done. The next morning he was at our home. After completing the job I ask if he could recommend anyone that could complete the rest of the items on the home inspection list; he took a look at the list and gave a estimate and was back at our home the next morning and completed everything on list. Day 1, company repaired and replaced Vinyl Siding and loose Soffit. Day 2, the company repaired and replaced a complete list of items on a Home Inspection Report, from repairing dyer vent cap to replacing exterior outlect cover on deck. We were very pleased with the work performed and completed and the time in which it took to complete. They were very nice, respectful, and on time and because my husband is a retired DAV he gave us a very nice discount on the work that he did. We are very thankful that we found this contractor. He also does very neat and clean work.

Description of Work: Some siding had blown off the side of the house at the second floor level. Contractor found none of the siding on that area had been nailed to anything other than the black insolation panel. He took off 3 sections, reattached them to each other, and then nail them correctly to studs.
