We contacted Gutter Pro on July 18, 2013 to inquire about a home visit to discuss gutter installation. Upon our initial meeting with this contractor, we felt that her company could provide quality work and complete our project in a prompt and professional manner.  After we agreed to the job and price, things did not go well from there. On the day that the work was to have begun, no one showed up or called.  After 2-3 days of leaving messages on her phone she called and said she thought the job had been done.  After several delays (and approximately 16 back and forth phone calls to schedule our job) including putting our job behind other jobs, broken down vehicles (twice) and other excuses, they started our job weeks later.  She asked her crew to get our check before they left which was just as the sun went down.  We paid them in good faith.  She never inspected their work or ever returned to our home. All looked ok until it rained. The gutters did not drain the water as they should have.  Some downspouts were completely dry and no rain flowed through them at all even when heavy rains came.  Most of the water was diverted into one downspout, flooding an entire area.   We called her to ask that she make the adjustments and correct the slope of the gutters.  She said our fascia boards must not be level and gave a few other illogical reasons for the lack of proper drainage.  We asked that she send someone or come herself so that we could discuss how to make the corrections.  She promised a number of times that she would schedule a visit to determine and correct the problem.  At first she returned our calls and scheduled a visit, but never came to inspect or send her crew.  Eventually she stopped returning our calls. We have records of at least 17 telephone calls from August 21, 2013 until September 26, 2013 after we discovered the problem. Once she stopped returning our calls, we eventually hired another company to make apparently simple adjustments to correct the problems.
