This recent project was trimming all my shrubs both front & back yard which requires a minimum of two full days. Scott & crew worked diligently despite the heat & did a beautiful job. Scott and his team at Green Landscaping did an excellent job at my Downtown (Shandon) home. His guys showed up on time, and even worked one weekend to stay on schedule during a rainy week. Price was very competitive, the work was top notch, and Scott was nice enough to allow us to slightly modify a few things without a drastic cost difference. This is the 3rd time I've hired Green Landscaping. They first did work for me at my commercial property and I've brought them in twice for doing multiple projects at my home. This time, Green Landscaping re-did my front flower beds with river stone and new bushes. They built new, very large flower beds behind my pool and planted a lot of Pindo and Sago Palms. They used a natural stone borders and black mulch for those flower beds. They added medium sized boulders to create an artistic yet natural look. And they ran drip lines to all the new palms. Everyone who's seen it loves it! Scott, the owner of Green Landscaping, is very professional, he has more honesty than I've encountered in other tradesmen, he is precise, he is thorough, he is punctual, and he is a pleasure to work with. He's the type of guy who'll warn you when you have a bad idea (multiple times)...you need to listen to him. His experience will keep your 'brilliant' ideas from being tragic mistakes. The Green Landscaping crew is super friendly and incredibly detailed. They clean up after the work is done...even if it's a mess another contractor made. The first time I hired them they trimmed a tree that had branches that were dying and probably going to hit my building. No charge. I asked them why....they said they were right there working on the flower bed next to the tree and it needed to get done before damage to the building happened. I knew right then that that was the type of crew I wanted working on my projects. I need all the help I can get, saving me from myself...lol! I have other upcoming landscaping and hardscaping projects I want done at my home. I will definitely hire Green Landscaping to do them. Hopefully they can help turn my half-baked plans into wonderful realities.

We had an excellent experience having Scott and his crew address a number of projects on our property. We had been experiencing a multitude of water related issues at a recently purchased property, from bogging in the yards to water intrusion in the basement resulting in damage. After contacting several other parties and obtaining estimates for work, we felt that we were being offered partial solutions to a much broader problem—we were desperate for someone who specialized in water management and drainage and would take the time to propose a multifaceted solution that would address the property as a whole. Enter Scott and Green Landscaping! On his very first visit to our property, Scott identified crucial sources of our water issue that NO ONE else had even mentioned! Crucially, Scott almost immediately identified why the water was leaking into the basement and proposed a very reasonable solution. We have a unique, wooded property on a slope with lots of places for water to get trapped. Scott took his time, he walked the property and knowledgeably identified the key places throughout the property where water was being trapped without any means of drainage. Scott was attentive to the details and noticed numerous things contributing to our issues that everyone else had missed. In addition to his expertise in identifying and solving our rather complex drainage issues, Scott was a pleasure to work with. We were extremely comfortable discussing our goals and our budget with Scott, and he went far above and beyond to come up with a solution that addressed all of our goals, resolved all our key concerns and did not exceed our budget! The quality of the work Scott and his team performed on our property exceeded our expectations. Each portion of the job was handled with exceptional care and attention to detail. Scott and his crew did an excellent job of installing artificial pet turf, they completed a paver job beautifully, removed old landscaping and added beautiful new plants and black mulch to the front and back garden areas. The crew had to remove decorative rocks to install the artificial turf as well as stepping stones. They redesigned the stepping stones in a beautiful new design. Scott and his crew showed up at the agreed upon appointment times. His crew are polite, efficient, professional and come prepared to get the job done. I will call on Green Landscaping again because they are competent, dependable, and trustworthy.

Scott and his team are awesome. The work is great quality and they did several things that were not part of the quote. For example, I had a brick fire pit that they relocated to a better location. They raked all of the rock away from the shallow area since the water was down - very nice touch that we will appreciate this year when we are not stepping on sharp rocks. The last step was putting down sod and they covered much more area than was quoted. Scott and his crew offered coaching through the process to make sure all of the work blended well together and their suggestions resulted in a much better finished product. Scott is responsive and professional. I strongly recommend this company!

In one word, OUTSTANDING; Scott exceeded expectations and delivered more than contracted for in several areas. His extensive prior experience resulted in superior designs for all four of our project elements. He listened to our initial ideas, worked with us collaboratively, and in about every case improved our initial concept. Daily communication was well-above any other contractor we have ever dealt with. He expertly worked around unusually high amounts of rain, but never allowed it to diminish project quality. Scott designs and builds for the long-term, not the quick fix. I have nothing but praise and respect for his team of skilled craftsmen. Green Landscaping will not be the cheapest quote you get, but their results will be the best you can obtain. Highest recommendation.

After extensive storm damage in the Spring, Scott responded very quickly to a request for an estimate. He also provided us with suggestions for a projected landscaping plan. The communication during this time and during the actual work was excellent. He and his crew repaired and extended a retaining wall and a parking space. They replaced sod and two trees and put down mulch. They also planted three additional trees in the Fall. Scott and his crew were all very professional and Scott took time to explain about care of the lawn and trees and make suggestions for future projects. We are very pleased with all of their work.

Scott Pinkerton and his crew were incredible. Scott has excellent customer service skills. He followed-up with me and my husband every night about the job and what had been done that day. They did a couple of 'extra' things and did not even charge us. He is all about customer service. His team does phenomenal work! My paver patio ended up better than I imagined. We plan to hire he and his team again this spring for some Landscaping.

Scott Green is a very dependable easy to work with person. I had to have some bushes taken out that were wiped out by a fungus. He suggested what we could do to put in place and he listened to our suggestions as well. Once a plan was determined, he and his crew were very fast and efficient in getting the job done. He was very intuned to us, the customer, to make sure we were satisfied. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the wonderful job he and his crew did. I would definitely hire Green Landscaping agan.

Green Landscaping is amazing. The owner, Scott, always goes above and beyond. I hired his company a few years back to overhaul some landscaping and flower beds at a commercial property I own. Besides the quality work and extremely honest and helpful suggestions Scott gave us back then, I pulled onto the property during the installation and found the crew trimming shrubs and cutting back tree limbs that were becoming a problem...and Scott didn't charge us for that! He just said his crew was already on site and it needed done. SO...I hired him again (Aug. 2018) to add a river stone surround to our pool, provide new sod in multiple areas, create water run-off areas to divert my neighbors run-off into the swale of our yard, and fix some irrigation system issues. AND...once again, Scott noticed some cracks between my pool concrete and my covered patio, and he asked if he could seal and caulk that to protect it from water damage...of course I said yes. The final bill didn't change from the estimate...so once again, Scott found work to do to help me and DIDN'T charge for it. It says a LOT about his character and that he goes above and beyond as part of his normal business practice. And, everything looks great and works great. The next phase will be adding plants/shrubs etc. I look forward to working with Green Landscaping again!

Scott and his crew are the BEST to work with! Initially we were just going to have some bushes taken out, the beds cleaned up, and some sod replaced. As the job began, we decided to make a couple changes, and then a couple more, and then still a couple more until the job was nothing like we initially asked for. We ended up having Flagstone borders around most of our beds, the deck torn off and a paver patio installed in its place, several bushes taken out and replaced with nicer ones, and most of the yard re-sodded. Scott and his crew hit every curve ball we threw at them out of the park, and never once complained. They are very organized and very efficient, their craftsmanship is impeccable, and our yard looks Immaculate! They are going to be my go to landscape company from now on.
