My experience with Floor Boys was a top shelf experience all the way and we will definitely use them again for future flooring needs in our house. We purchased a home and wanted to make some changes in a couple of the rooms right away. The Floor Boys team was very helpful during the sales process including coming to quickly measure, etc. and the follow-on installation was prompt and efficient. For this instance they needed to remove old carpet and padding from two rooms. And install new carpet and pad. Also we have several rooms where the previous installers had not done a good job with stretching and we had rolls in the carpet. Since we were just moving in we opted to have the installer also re-stretch the remaining worst room. (The two rooms where we were installing the new carpet were the absolute worst as far as rolls in the existing carpeting.) I will also note the installers got right to work and were in and out, and did a great job of cleaning up after their work Note to anyone purchasing carpet -- ask the sales person if the installer power stretches the carpet on installations? If they do not give a strong YES, then my recommendation is to find another company do do business with. And make sure you confirm this with the installer upon arrival and before they start. In summary let me just say the experience with Floor Boys was really good and I feel like they did a quality job. The entire family is pleased with the new carpet.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were originally told 3 days and they installed it in less than 2. When a problem came up, we were given all of our options and the price it would be to fix it. There were no hidden costs and the service was outstanding. Brandon, our sales guy and John the installer are top notch. We couldn't be happier with our new floors.

They were very professional and courteous. I received a phone call every day from the men performing the work to let me know what was done. I came to the house on the days we had to be out and everything was always left clean and neat. Even though the quote for the hardwoods was higher than the other 2 competitors i contacted, (all quoted "dustless"), I would sign on with Floorboys again as the floors look fantastic. {I gave them an "A" for price because the criteria for price is "do you feel you paid a fair price for the service you received".} I believe any floors that had just been refinished would look good, however, Floorboys uses a high end waterborne floor finishing product called Bona. Due to the extensive research I had done before I ever started looking for a refinisher, I knew Bona was one of the best. One competitor when asked what product he uses on the floors, he just said an oil based poly but couldn't, or wouldn't, tell me the name. I knew I wanted waterborne and I knew I wanted Bona, and Floorboys offered that, and did a fantastic refinishing job. Aside from the way the floors look, the experience of working with Floorboys was second to none. Everything just flowed from start to finish. I would certainly recommend them to anyone - and I have in the past 7 weeks as I have had 5 families stop by and ask me about Floorboys. Everything went really well. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. That sounds a little corny, but when you're spending almost 12 grand you want just that. Install went ok, had to have trim re-secured and needs to be nailed not glued. Floor was not cleaned at all upon completion.

Brian and his staff were extremely patient with me while I mulled over the many flooring options. He spent so much time with me and discussed several options (from choosing the flooring to which rooms to install it in). Ultimately we decided to replace all of the flooring in my house except for the bedrooms. We choose a Shaw laminate with a 25 year warranty and IT IS BEAUTIFUL! Andy the installer was extremely friendly and prompt and did an outstanding job!!! We had a minor issue with one of the planks having a small bubble in it (factory defect) that wasn't noticed until the floor had been completely installed. Once I brought it to Andy's attention, Brian immediately notified Shaw and they were back out within days to replace the damaged plank. His prompt response to ensure my satisfaction is greatly appreciated and in my opinion sets him and his company above the others! Thanks for an awesome experience and product!

From our first visit to their well stocked showroom we knew we were going to be in good hands! As a local contractor ourselves, we know the importance of great customer service and Brian and his crew delivered quality service at a fair price. I can't speak highly enough of Floor Boys and their services! Our stairs deliver a major statement when entering our office with their zebra print carpet! Thanks Brian!

Wonderful!!! We couldn't be happier! Floor Boys not only gave us the lowest estimate, they also gave us the most detailed and most professional estimate ! They procured a storage unit and very carefully placed all of our furniture in it. Nothing broke! One furniture item has been in our family for about 4 generations, and they placed it very carefully into our laundry room, without us even asking! We went out of town on vacation the week they worked on our floors, and, they constantly kept us up-to-date with texts, emails and photos! Our son-in-laws came by a couple of times, and, they also showed them exactly what they were doing. Not only did Floor Boys do everything we discussed, they suggested several little "beautiful" touches that personalized everything! They cleaned up and replaced all of our furniture and waited patiently while we put felt cushions under a lot of our furniture! Their "dustless" sanding system is amazing! We plan to have our upstairs floors redone later this year, as well as our bathrooms redone, and we won't look at any other company! They are simply the best!

I was very pleased with the promptness of the service as well as the quality of the work. The amount of carpet ordered was almost exactly what was needed to do the job. There was little excess so therefore, little waste.

Mr. Brady and his helper arrived on time, did a fantastic job, and departed about two hours later. They repaired the carpet in the upstairs hallway and the room over the garage, to include moving all the furniture out of their way and returning it to its original position when finished. Lastly, they thoroughly vacuumed both rooms before leaving.

Dean from Palmetto Carpet was excellent to work with. He was professional from start to finish. We replaced the carpeting in the FROG of our house to a more durable berber carpeting. He gave us a very reasonable price and installation was done the very next day! The installer did a great job, and removed all of the old carpeting that he had removed. We definitely recommend Palmetto Carpet!

Palmetto Carpets has been in business at the same location on Beltline for 50+ years. I can certainly understand why. Owner, Dean Hutto, was extremely professional, helped me pick out the perfect carpet and linoleum to suit my taste. The job was set around and completed according to my schedule. The installers were just as professional -- they showed up on time, worked 10 hours straight, cleaning up as they went along -- no scraps or debris left behind. (They even found my long missing earring, which I discovered in plain sight on a shelf after they left!) I would highly recommend Palmetto Carpets!

I initially ordered carpet from a national chain, but the time quoted for the measuring was not going to work for me. I called Palmetto Carpet and told them my time frame and they were able to get it measured and ordered the next day. Installation happened 2 days later and I couldn't be happier! The employees that came to install the pad were very friendly and professional. They even fixed a broken tile in my kitchen. Everything was neat, clean and vacuumed afterwards. Great customer service - I will definitely use them again!

Very good. We had a miss communication about what to haul off, but Dean took care of the issue. I plan to use them for all my investment properties.
