Second time dealing with Lisa and Floor Mart West. The service and quality from 5 years ago impressed us so much when they recovered the first floor of the house that they were in the running for the 2nd floor. Things did not change (thankfully)! Customer service - beyond excellent, Lisa loves her job serving others and it shows. Excellent selection, and fair prices. Quality outstanding for carpet, materials and installation. Because of work schedule, they came out on a Saturday, no additional charge. Sabino and his team came in, removed carpet and padding on stairs, hallway and 2 bedrooms, cleaned-up, vacuumed and were out in less than 5 hours. Everyone 110% professional. HIGHLY recommended.

They did a great job. They did not do the actual installation but I just purchased it from them. It went great; they worked with me for probably a month to finally pick out the right one. They were very good on the price too. They were really great to work with and were very accommodating.

Tammy and Harold and the crew did a FANTASTIC job from start to finish. Very professional at all times: respectful, punctual, finished on-time, the whole thing. No excuses or problems, just a high-quality job done on time. We are very pleased with the work done for us by Floor Mart West. They had a BIG job to do over here and they did it just about to perfection. The hardwoods and the carpeting both look beautiful and we are very happy with the finished product. We were going on vacation for two weeks, so we simply...left the house keys with Tammy and Harold. And when we returned the job was completely finished [and cleaned up] and we had beautiful brand new floors. We would highly recommend Floor Mart West to anyone interested in having work done on their floors. We are demanding customers and Floor Mart West definitely impressed us. Floor Mart West are excellent. Easy to work with. Pricing is awesome. I can't say enough about them. So easy to work with and Tammy there is as sweet as can be. We have always gotten our materials in a timely manner. They were able to get us a product for a lot less then other places we called. Their installer would measure 3 times and cut once. He did a wonderful job. I think I have a one of a kind back splash. They are wonderful.

The company is excellent. The owner, Tammy, is very good to work with. She is very, very patient. She is more patient than I would be with myself. She is just good in every way. The price was reasonable. The quality of the flooring was excellent, as it was from a name brand manufacturer.

When we decided to replace the carpeting with wood laminate, the only type of laminate I would use was WilsonArt. This choice was based on recommendations from several friends. Not all flooring stores carry WilsonArt. Floor Mart-West, Inc. was found on the WilsonArt website along with another company in the area. My husband and I went to Floor Mart-West where we were helped by Tammy, one of the owners. We felt very comfortable with Tammy. She answered all of our questions and we had a lot of questions. We never felt rushed while looking at the samples. We picked out several samples to take home and made arrangements for someone to come out to measure the floors so we could get a final estimate. We also contacted another vendor to get a second estimate. Both estimates were done in a timely manner. The Floor Mart-West, Inc. installer is a private contractor (T and H Tile Works) who came out to do his own measuring for the estimate. Although the estimate from the other company was about $200 less, we felt very comfortable with Tammy and the installer. We formalized the contract on March 4 with Floor Mart-West and gave a 50% down payment. Scheduling the installation was a challenging as we were leaving town for a week and the installer already had other committments. We were given an installation date of March 17. On that date, the installers, Harold Vinson and Eric Smith, arrived between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.....as we were told. The two men worked all day Wednesday, removing the carpeting, prepping the floor and starting the installation. They verfied what direction the flooring would run with me and gave advice on which way they thought it would look the best. They returned the next day, March 18, to finish the job. We were told that it would probably be a 2 day job. They finished the installation by noon on March 18. The house was cleaned and the old carpeting had been removed from the premises by the installers. I was very impressed with the fact that these two gentlemen actually worked the whole time they were at the house. They were NOT stopping every 5 minutes to use their cellphones. Once the work was finished, I called Tammy and told her how wonderful the flooring looked and what a difference it made in the house. I also made arrangements with her to come to the store the next day to make final payment. Although we dealt mainly with Tammy, I found all the employees we had contact with at Floor Mart-West to be very helpful and very friendly. I will be returning to this establishment for any other flooring needs.
