Everything went good. Customer pays yearly.

I was having a grain problem. They come in and put a Grainger on the house and put a sump pump in.

They're just friendly. They're great. They did a great job.

On a very rainy and cold day Chris arrived on time and inspected the outside of our home as well as the inside. He then provided a quote for the treatment and explained everything it covered. He was here an hour and was very professional.

The service technician (Darrel?) and their termite inspector (Jason) have both been incredible. Jason was very good at explaining what he found (no termites!) and didn't pressure me to buy anything. He did take pictures under my house of a large root system that had grown through the side wall and offered a very reasonable estimate to have them repair. I explained I would have to wait for a couple of months and he was very helpful. I appreciate how thorough he was, and am committed to do business with them just because he acted so professionally and with integrity. Darrell inspected indoors and outdoors for pests and gave me a list of landscaping items I could do to create a barrier between m house and the trees/plans. I was very pleased. We did what he suggested and have had no problems since! I will be having the more extensive work done next month. They continue to service me quarterly for pest control and do a wonderful job.

I have been using Econo Bug for 15 years. They show up when they are supposed to. Do a very professional job, and make sure I am completelysatisfied before they leave. NEVER have I had a problem.

Very friendly; generous, i.e., provided service to a second small building at no additional cost. The treatment worked well; we were very pleased and set up an ongoing service agreement. Contacts and visits have been on time and professional. Would recommend this provider to anyone.

The overall experience was great. The woman who scheduled my appointment when I called was friendly and helpful. The technician came out at the exact time he was scheduled. I wasn't at home during the service but me husband was. The technician seemed very thorough and we happily signed a one year service contract. So far so good.

Great! Jason is prompt, professional and friendly (and is great with our dogs!). Considering we live on the lake, we have been very pleased with the lack of bugs - meaning what he is doing is definitely working! I would highly recommend Jason and Econo-bug to everyone!

I am a new home buyer. I had a free termite inspection done on the house I was looking at buying. Chris found termite damage in three area's and two of them had active termites. I now know a lot more about termites and what to look for.

The big deal worked out very well, in fact they are doing some extra work for me under my house. I had purchased two big deals. I thought the price was reasonable. They were here, but they had to leave because it started raining.

They arrived when scheduled and did a did a good job. I had roaches and when |they finished, I no longer had a problem. I have signed up for a year of service.

Less than a month later, I notice that spiders were still a major problem. I called the company and was told that since I used an Angie's list big deal that my spray was not warrantied. I feel that the service I received was not great and I would not recommend them to friends or family.

I quickly signed up and paid for the special that was featured on Angie's Deals . After repeated tries, nothing was heard from this company . I finally decided to get a refund which Angie's list holds for a week + . why ? No service or econ- couldn't even be bothered to answer their own deal ? this company was rated high and that is why I signed up but it wasn't even worth the aggravation to get a refund. Shame on angieslsit for even posting this deal. no deal at all.

As far as I know the treatment was good. Spider webs were not removed from the exterior as indicated, but my home was larger than they expected and did not get charged more so I guess it was fair.

Very professional. The provider was experienced, not in a hurry to finish and did a great job.

It was great and they did a good job. I have not received the other treatment yet. The first treatment was really good. I paid what the deal was. I was very satisfied and I guess that the price was fair. I would use them again.

I became an Econ-O-Bug customer 6 years ago after I purchased a home, and transferred the bond from the former owners. During the yearly inspection, they let me know there was some moisture under the house. What they neglected to tell me was that this negated the contract. So, after paying them for 6 years- when I got swarmers- they told me that because I had moisture under my home- I had to pay for re-treatment, and the moisture had made the contract null and void. Then WHY did you take my money for six years??!!! During the process of trying to work this issue out, they were unprofessional, demonstrated poor communication and I had to continually remind them of what was going on and the issues that needed to be addressed. Dealing with Econ-O Bug became so frustrating, I finally switched companies, and went with Orkin, even though it was going to cost me another $1,000 to start with a new company. I did not have faith that Econ-O Bug was going to do the job correctly. Econ-O Bug may have a lower price- but do yourself a favor and go with a bigger company- a larger company will be professional, and when there is a problem- they will just take care of it instead charging you more and giving you the run around.

Seems that everything went well. I actually wasn't home during the process but the spouse was very pleased with the professionalism showed by the technician. So far, so good.
