He accessed the problem with our garage , explained what the issue was, and repaired the garage. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable. He finished the work in about 30-35 minutes. We are very satisfied with his work. Brian was awesome!!
Description of Work: Install nylon ball bearing rollers, secure #3 hinge to panel, Lubricate/balance door.

Brian came to my home prepared with not only parts and tools, but also with knowledge and tricks of the trade. Brian was very professional and in my opinion went above and beyond to share his knowledge and understanding of everything he was doing. I tried to stay out of his was and not be a hovering and annoying home owner but I was curious and he was patient and thorough with the repairs along with helping me understand what he was doing and why. I would absolutely recommend Brian from Dynamic Door. A++ service. I don’t normally leave reviews for these things but I was honestly blown away by his attention to detail and his pride in his work. Thank you Brian.

+ -1 moreBrian showed up right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He let me know exactly what was wrong with my door and my options to repair it. I ended up getting a “conversion” for my springs. The old ones were hanging on a wire and he put a larger spring above the door making it much less noticeable and much quieter! I would recommend using Dynamic Door Repair and especially Brian!
