Description of Work: The tecnicians from Ductz came exactly when they said they would. First they explained everything to me, then they got right to work. Ductz scrubbed all our duct work & vaccumed the duct work & cleaned the dryer hose. They knew their subject very well. It took even less time than they said it would. |The man who did the estimate for us was very professional,friendly, patient, & polite & answered all our questions. I had confidence in this company right away. The techs were also fabulous, they were nicely dressed, neat & clean as was the estimater. They were very friendly, polite, patient. All were very well mannered. I would highly recommend Ductz to do duct cleaning. As far as I am concerned they went above & beyond the call of duty.

Description of Work: I badly needed some duct work done. Everyone I asked to quote told me the same thing - you need all new ducts. I hated to admit it but decided it was true. Ductz quote was in-line with 2 other reputable companies. The difference maker was a real desire to "win" the business with a price cut, as well as seeing that other sub-par components were also quoted. I had the opportunity to inspect previous duct sealing they had done and was impressed. Their work in my house is equally impressive. They don't cut many - any?- corners in doing the job right. My first electric bill clearly shows the performance improvement, as does the comfort of the house. It isn't easy to say this, but I'm glad I spent the $$$ money given the results.

Description of Work: Ductz replaced all of the duct work under my home. Roberto and Prince showed up a day early to prep the area. I was very impressed with this. They were both very both very professional and courteous and they took the time to answer my questions. Frankie was very courteous and instrumental in explaining everything. Tim was very helpful and patient over the phone in assisting me with getting my payment processed. Best of all, the company completed the work, cleaned the area, and made sure that I was satisfied before they collected any money; This completely exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work: I was not satisfied with them at all. They opened a single register and put in a camera but they did not inspect anywhere else. They quoted me over $800 for the whole house, even though they only checked one place.
