The first 2 cleans were detailed. There was never a tooth brush....but it was clean. The third clean they had to be recalled as it was a terrrible job. They came out right away to fix which I appreciated. The next handful of cleans were okay. The problem started happening when we had only 1 seasoned cleaner and a trainee. The cleans became just ok. The last clean they left my house shockingingly bad. Full garbage cans. Pile of debris on floor. Dirty sinks, tubs, and counters. It was a busy time of year and my choice was the either the next night starting at 6 pm or had to wait several days. Suffice to say, I cleaned it myself.

Very well! I've been using Sandra and Dawn's service for a few months and I've been delighted with how clean our house is. The ladies are all professional and friendly, they love our dogs and treat our home and belonging with care and respect! I absolutely love Knowing that every two weeks a couple of nice women will sweep in with a load of cleaning equipment and leave my furniture gleaming, my floors clean and my kitchen sparkling clean. Not to mention the blinds and baseboards dusted! I could never clean so well by myself even if I were younger!

I would absolutely use them again. They do a really good job. They are generally very flexible and their owner is very good about communication.

Fabulous!! Owner Dawn totally cleaned our house the NEXT day. It looks unbelievable and is sparkling clean!! She went above and beyond, paid attention to all the details, worked diligently to bring this house up 10 notches (or more!) and now it looks like a brand new house. She and her team are wonderful! She reduced our stress level at this time and I am very appreciative of her thoughtful professionalism. We will be continuing bi-weekly and I will be referring more clients her way. Thank you!

Jen did the initial deep clean: She was amazing! I admit to being kind of picky but she took it in stride and was polite, friendly and efficient. She did a thoroughly excellent job. When my house guests arrived 3 days later they commented on how bright and sparkly the house is. The could not believe the house is as old as it is. I look forward to seeing Jen again as, over many years of occasional housekeeping work, she's the best I've ever seen.

It is been a few weeks since they started, some minor problems addressed, some stability at the present time. Will continue doing business with them. There one staff member who is very professional and displays excellent work ethics.

They live up to their reputation. They even dust walls and woodwork. They pay attention to detail. The first cost was based on a very deep cleaning. After that it was much more reasonable. I hire them every other week.

Great. It was an initial clean so it was more than a regular clean would be. After that it goes down.Their communications were great. The people that they hire to come in were really good. Everything about them was good. They were thorough, they were friendly, everything.

I use Detailed Excellence Cleaning Solutions for weekly house cleaning. They told me the reason it costs so much when they first come out is because they do such a deep cleaning. My first impression was that she was very professional. She came out and we went through the house, she sat down with me and told me what they would do and everything. I thought the price was a little high.

It was wonderful. I have never hired house cleaners before, but I'm not able to clean like I need to anymore. I was so impressed with Sandra's presentation and what her company offered! And the reviews on Angie's list. I was not disappointed. The ladies showed up a little later than Sandra said, but her time was an estimate only. They got to work immediately and the three of them worked diligently cleaning floors, blinds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting everything in sight including walls and ceiling fans. The kitchen and all the appliances were thoroughly cleaned. The doors and door casings, windowsills were cleaned. Cabinets were cleaned. Everywhere I look is clean, neat and their products smelled fresh and not overpowering. They were very professional and friendly and respectful of our home. A pleasure to have in our home. Oh and they put clean sheets on our bed and made the bed!!!

They were pretty good. The ladies that run it are really great but I'm not so sure about the girls that do the cleaning. It wasn't as detailed as they claimed. They claim they clean with toothbrushes but I didn't get that. It was clean but not as clean as they are promoting. They came maybe 3 times for me. They were not punctual at all. I would use them again. I moved out of the area though.

Detailed Excellence Cleaning Solutions is the one to get. I have had others over the last two decades or so, but none as thorough. During their first two (deep cleaning) visits, they cleared away the accumulated dust and washed the dirty woodwork that my previous cleaning service had neglected, and the house looks very much better as a result. Yes, they cost more than I was paying before, but the result is correspondingly better.

They are excellent. They have worked for us for over a year and a half. They are, by far, the most thorough house cleaners we have had. I am a physician and my husband and I have 7 children. They do a tremendous amount of work for us and are meticulous. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome! They did an excellent job! They really do get in all the nooks and crannies. More than satisfied with their service. Also it's refreshing to find someone who actually likes the company they work for, and speak very highly of the the owner and the company for whom they work. I think that says it a lot to who they are.. It's stressful to go through this process, all the promises of what a good job they'll do for you, etc. They deliver!

They were awesome! They just left about a half hour ago and I am so pleased I wanted to help spread the word for anyone who gets stressed like I do over looking for a good housecleaning service. They are professional, pleasant and thorough. They did such a good job and left nothing undone. Their rates are reasonable too! Met with owner yesterday and they were out today. You may call other services, but do yourself a favor and call them too. You won't be disappointed. The cost listed below is for once every three weeks. The initial 2 visits are about twenty dollars more because they are detailed cleaning. Once that is done it will be kept up on a regular basis. They didn't miss a nook or cranny.

They were on-time, did a great job, were very nice, and took care to remember the details. The house looked fantastic when they were done. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them to others!!

We usually have two women come every two weeks and they are always friendly and hard working. Many residents are not home when they have their homes cleaned but we are retired. Therefore, we know how hard they work and really appreciate it.
