It went great. When I moved into a twelve year old house last year, the grout was brown throughout the bathrooms. I tried everything on the market and a few original things, too, but nothing worked to even lighten the stains, much less remove them. A neighbor mentioned that Charlie had cleaned her grout, and that she was very pleased, so I gave him a call. When he saw the condition of my floors, he said that he could definitely make them look better, but that they had been neglected for so long that some of the stain might not come out. I decided to give it a try anyway. The difference that Charlie's cleaning made is awesome. Some of the tougher stains around the toilet didn't come out, but all of the rest of the grout looks new. Charlie gave me some suggestions as to how I could remove and replace the badly stained grout, since I am a do-it-yourselfer. I was very pleased with the results.

Charlie had previously cleaned my bathroom grout, and I was so impressed with the quality of his work and professionalism, that when I found out that he also cleans carpet, I didn't hesitate to call him again. I was 100% pleased with the results. He picked up the rug since it was large and very heavy, and cleaned it at his business. When he returned it a week later he said he was surprised that it held so much moisture in the cleaning process. It took longer than he had expected to clean and dry the rug, but he charged me what he originally quoted. That's the way he does business. Since cleaning my rug, he has come to my rescue again after my cat threw up and left a horrible orange stain on a new white shag rug. Incredibly, Charlie was able to remove the stain and save the rug.
